The hotel has an exclusive housekeeper Lili, who contacted and added WeChat early to facilitate my consultation; The second day of check-in was my husband's birthday, and the housekeeper Lili arranged to send a birthday cake, which was beautiful and delicious 😋. The restaurant Joy Club also sent birthday noodles at dinner; I went to the gym once, the facilities are very complete, the venue is great, and the atmosphere is good. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Xiamen Tongan, and the overall experience was far beyond my expectations! The hotel is located in Tongan District, a 10-minute walk from the subway station and popular business district. It is also convenient to take a taxi to the scenic spots. There are restaurants and convenience stores around, and the location is impeccable. The front desk lady is enthusiastic and professional. After checking in quickly, she took the initiative to help upgrade the room type! The room service responded quickly. When I needed an extra pillow, it was delivered to the room in 5 minutes. The details were perfect. The room is spacious and bright, with a modern and simple decoration style. The mattress and pillow are super comfortable, and I slept until dawn! The sound insulation effect is very good, and I can't hear the corridor sound at all. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are well-known brands, which are very safe to use. The breakfast variety is super rich, with freshly ground coffee, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh fruits. I especially recommend their local specialty snacks! With such service and environment, the price is very reasonable, which is definitely a cost-effective choice in XX City! This is the first hotel I stayed in when I came to Xiamen. The location is a little off, but I felt very comfortable as soon as I arrived at the hotel! The hotel is beautifully designed and right by the sea. The room the lady chose for us allows us to see the sea by opening the curtains, and she also kindly reminded us of the sunrise time. A disposable bath bag will be given in the bathtub, and there will be check-in tips and small daily necessities for borrowing upon check-in, which is a very user-friendly design. The stay was very comfortable, and I feel that it would be suitable to stay for a few more days if it is a vacation. The downside is that I can’t order any delicious takeout during the Chinese New Year. It arrives too late and in a hurry, so I’m hungry and can only eat instant noodles hahahaha.

It is very comfortable to soak in the hot spring and sleep in it. There is also a bathtub in the room. The room is highly automated and very convenient. There is also a swimming pool in the village, which can also be used as fireworks. It is very cost-effective. If you are tired of the noise of the city, come here to relax. Relaxing and experiencing a quiet life is definitely a must. The boss is very enthusiastic and even borrowed his electric car to wander around the village😊

The hotel is a bit far from the lower earth building in Tingxi, but the environment is very good. There is a stream behind the hotel and there are quite a lot of fish. In the morning, I got up and walked along the stream. The content of negative oxygen ions was high and it was very relaxing. The homestay is very new. Each room has a hot spring, and there are 4 hot spring pools outdoors. You can soak in the room or outdoor pools. Breakfast is a traditional Chinese breakfast, very rich and delicious. If you want to soak in hot springs, you don't necessarily have to go to the big hot spring resort. It is also a good choice to come here, and it is also very suitable for group building activities.

The on-site restaurants offered a delightful mix of local and international cuisine, making every meal a treat. The resort's location was ideal, situated close to the beach. After a day of sightseeing, we loved returning to the resort to unwind by the pool or enjoy the various family-friendly activities available. Overall, our stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing. The combination of beautiful rooms, exceptional service, delectable food, and a fantastic location made it a memorable experience for our family. Newly renovated, very clean, no smoke smell. The breakfast is rich and children are free. The location is great. There is a Wutu Commercial Street 500 meters away, which is very unique and very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

When I checked in, the hotel had a serious operation error. I arranged a room for me. I had already lived in the open room. I gave feedback to the front desk. The front desk was two or three sentences sorry. It was a system problem. I also asked me to change rooms at the front desk. I was very angry and asked the front desk to send me a new room card. The hotel did not do anything to appease the guests anymore, and Yuan can say that the service awareness is very poor. The hardware of the hotel is OK, the room space is quite large, the TV equipment is very stylish (can be screened by mobile phones), there is a large balcony to dry clothes, the self-service laundry room is very convenient, but the sound insulation of the room is very poor.

Yang Rong at the front desk opened several room types in the town and showed them to me one by one. She was very patient and kind during the period and helped me coordinate the room in the middle. The service was really considerate. Although I didn't stay in the town in the end, I discussed with Yang Rong and lived in Xihai. Xihai is more convenient, but I was super satisfied with the room arranged by Yang Rong in Xihai. The room layout and view were well arranged, so I stayed there the next day. Yang Rong also helped me to stay in the original room. She also solved any problems during the period very well. It was really a one-stop butler service. It is worth a thumbs up👍🏻. The overall experience was good. I will come again next time
