滿意：公寓地理環境很好，步行可以到廈大，南普陀，但也會有小堵情況。酒店門口就是海景棧道。服務員接待響應快。
不滿意：公寓可能比較陳舊，裏面設施舊，床單被罩沒有每天更新。房間內有煙味殘留，枕頭有味道，枕套還有污漬。衞生環境一般。
這和價格，建議同等便利周邊的民宿。

太慘的住宿經歷！我是攜程金鑽會員，從來沒在攜程投訴過任何酒店，這次必須投訴。
我花了3800訂的所謂總統套，衞生間的地漏反胃臭到一百二十平的面積開着窗户也被薰的無法睡覺。
我用一次性毛巾把衞生間給封了起來，門縫塞得嚴嚴實實，仍然臭到全家人無法睡覺。
我定的是三天的住宿，第一天聯繫管家，他以為我衹訂了一天，就裝傻，説不會臭的，怎麼會有這種情況，並假惺惺表示早知道就給你們換一間啦，我説一共訂了三晚，他立即查看了訂單，傻眼了，就説找人修。
第二天還是奇臭無比！
第三天還是奇臭無比！
那個修理工每天都來，但根本解決不了臭源。因為下水系統一直有問題，他不願意換。
我看了公寓其他客人的評價，竟然那麼多説臭的，我以為最貴的總統套不會臭，但是無論是兩室還是三室，竟然都臭！
還有一點，所謂的三室，第三個房間是雜物間，衹有兩三平米，沒有窗户，壓抑逼仄。

剛進門一股煙味兒，房間大導致通風不好，呆在有煙味兒的房間幾分鐘頭就暈了。
淋浴噴頭漏水，試水的時候漏出來的水差點把我燙着。
給的毛巾都是一次性的，第二天早上起來洗澡衹能用濕的毛巾繼續擦。
裝修比較老舊了，跟店家給出的圖片不太符合。
唯一不錯的可能是海景還可以。
性價比較低

大家不要踩雷，廁所的氣味，沒有辦法呼吸，價格比別人家貴一倍。推薦雲上觀海，房間特別小。大家不要上檔，廁所沒有門，洗完澡地下全是水

入住雙子塔18樓，市景麪仍有部分海景，房間舒適，入住兩天清潔有進來做簡易清理補備品，人多時電梯需稍等。樓下百貨商場，沙坡尾演武大橋等景點就在旁邊方便。
