感謝酒店的工作人員小羅從預訂酒店開始就一直幫忙關心行程，提前幫忙安排好一切。酒店的服務環境都很好。衞生打掃也很及時，客服部的李麗華每天都及時清理房間增補房間消耗品。酒店環境優美，非常適合帶孩子來旅遊。但是吐槽一下酒店早餐午餐，收費比較貴，但是味道很一般。早餐120一個人，但裏面實在沒什麼好吃的。另外219一個人的晚餐自助也不太好吃。另外有一個細節吐槽一下，酒店房間的地毯多久沒清洗了？總之瑕不掩瑜，今後如果還有機會來廈門旅遊，我會再次選擇瑞海酒店。

這家酒店真的超出預期！房間乾淨明亮，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。前台小姐姐服務超熱情，辦理入住退房都很快。早餐種類豐富，熱粥、點心、水果都很新鮮。地理位置也不錯，出行方便。細節處做得很貼心，比如床頭充電口、免費礦泉水。住得特別舒心，下次來還選這家！
很感動的地方是酒店管家小姐姐楊蓉，還有救生員肖方燈和林春平，體貼入微，細緻，入住期間及時幫助解決我個人各種各樣的小問題，耐心，親和力強，謝謝你們（„• ֊ •„）੭

這次整體入住體驗都非常棒👍🏻，在入住之前就有貴賓服務主任楊蓉提前聯繫我們，添加微信，告知酒店的訊息，入住當天一直跟進房間的情況，在微信上聯繫很方便，酒店環境很舒服，很適合來這裏放鬆放鬆。退房以後的小插曲，我把手機落在房間，也很感謝酒店的大堂副理，及時幫忙聯繫處理，酒店的細緻服務讓我們住客感覺賓至如歸，下次選擇酒店貴司還會是我們的首選[強][強]

這次在酒店住了兩個晚上，整體的體驗還不錯，住的是瑞海酒店，整體的風格會更加偏向法式現代，有蠻多家長帶小朋友來入住的，酒店離海邊很近，走路5分鐘就到了，在海邊吹吹風，散散步還是蠻舒服的，酒店的環境也非常好，比較適合來度假，更放鬆。最後感謝貴賓服務主任楊蓉，有提前加了微信聯繫，預留了房間，有機會下次還會選擇入住的。
