W hotel never didsapoints 🥰 we had fun during happy hour as soon as we arrived. Hotel staff is nice and helpful, room service was available even late at night, I would come back again😍

This is a great hotel located in the busy downtown area of Xiamen, next to a big shopping mall. The hotel facilities are also excellent.

The room was clean and good location. Joanna from the customer service has a wonderful service. I left my phone charger in the room she picked up and arrange the freight. Thanks so much Joanna and definitely will come back.

W Hotel is our first choice for this trip to Xiamen. The day before check-in, Miss Jelly, who welcomed us, added WeChat and asked about our accommodation needs. She was very friendly. In addition to the Ctrip room upgrade, she also gave us breakfast for our children. WeChat consultations on various matters were also immediate, and the service was perfect. The guy at the front desk was also very considerate. Because the occupancy rate was high and we arrived early, the room had not been cleaned yet, so he gave us a drink coupon for the lobby bar, where we could rest and wait. The room was good, with trendy decoration. You can refer to the pictures. The smart toilet and Dyson hair dryer are all available. The bathrobe is very comfortable, the surroundings are very quiet, and the room has good sound insulation. There were so many people at breakfast, but it was well-organized, the service staff was also very enthusiastic, the Shacha rice noodles were delicious, and the variety was quite rich. The swimming pool is indoors, the water temperature is very comfortable, and there is only one flaw. There is no spin dryer to spin dry the swimsuit after washing it, and it takes a long time to dry it when it is heavy and brought back to the room. Overall, this is the right choice for my visit to Xiamen. I look forward to staying here next time. I hope W will get better and better.
