帶着父母旅行出行前酒店選擇，看了幾家廈門主選酒店，最終選擇了華爾道夫因為其華麗裝修風格特別吸引我。
服務：入住前酒店私人禮賓Wendy電話諮詢需求，在瞭解到帶長者特別安排了安全防範措施，特別貼心。入住當天Wendy特意安排高樓層景觀房正對嘉蓮公園，並加了聯繫方便入住期間需求溝通，之後無論出行、用餐等事宜都及時給予協助解決，周到的服務提升入住體驗。
環境：深色系搭配金色深沉大氣，特別是6樓的餐廳，無論是裝飾佈置、視覺效果都非常出片。泳池雖小但其户外的空間，特別是入夜後燈光的加持，氛圍感滿滿。
設施：房間佈局合理緊湊，各項設施齊全完善，床品舒適度較高，本身對於隔音非常在意，入住期間可以説安然入眠。稍有欠缺吹風機，對於長髮女士不友好，且與酒店品質有些不匹配。
衞生：樓層服務員盡心仔細清潔，整理規整各類物品，作為酒店最基礎的工作崗位，要特別感謝入住期間兩位服務員（任女士/王女士）辛勞付出。
餐飲：看到評價早餐一般，入住後的體驗是雖然品種不多半自助式還算可以，甜點等有做每日也有做調換，早餐咖啡品質不錯。希望甜點能增加蛋糕類，豐富品種。
總之，一週的入住酒店無論在環境、服務上都屬於上佳，給到住客較好入住體驗。細節上的不足待改善期待下次的見面！

這次入住體驗超棒！房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。智能設備齊全，燈光、空調調節超方便。前台服務熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李、推薦周邊美食。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道也很贊。地理位置優越，出行購物都很便捷，性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店地理位置很方便，打車來得挺快的，離景點都不遠。周邊好吃的不少，比如私廈裏、蓮花煎蟹、富芋糖水等步行一丟丟路就到了，酒店早餐也很不錯。入住時tiffany小姐姐一路幫提行李還介紹了酒店設施，管家Seacy每日都有關心並詢問有什麼需要，讓人安心～客房部的小方老師很細緻，房間乾淨還塞了許多小零食，開心。酒店設施優雅奢華且維護的很好，下次來來廈門還是首選華爾道夫～
