廈門大學摩卡海景公寓是個比較奇特的旅遊居住地，它像是酒店又像是公寓，提供了類似酒店的房間，又多了點兒設備。酒店的管理方式非常簡約，沒有大堂，沒有接待，都在網上辦，初始有點兒懵，但明白過來也就沒問題了，長者可能會不習慣。它的優點非常突出，是廈門最高大的地標建築，它提供了超高層的房間，可以充分滿足看海、看地面景色的需求，旅遊嘛，不就是飽個眼福嘛！周圍吃飯的地方極多極方便，不論是特色正餐還是小吃街都在步行距離；若説缺點，就是人多，車多，比較擁擠，有點兒亂哄哄的。由於大樓本身為多功能，停車場並不屬於公寓，且人流巨大，停車非常貴，80一天。酒店的設施、服務等的水平與其他四星酒店相當，價格偏貴應該説是對它特殊的位置和超高的觀景享受的補償吧？我的總體體驗還是很不錯的，強烈建議來廈門旅遊的朋友在此下榻，尤其是第一次來的。
