房間裏看到的海景實屬一流，酒店硬件和服務水平都很好，中餐廳的薑母鴨應該是在廈門能吃到的最高水平； 如果硬要提點意見，玻璃幕牆的清洗頻率可以提高，有助於更好欣賞全景海景

2k訂的城景房，到店後加了899升級到行政海景房，景觀不錯，也就這值得誇了。房間裏設施老舊，完全對不起奢華酒店的價格。泡澡時打開了電視後，遙控器就失靈了，也無法關機，不停的播報宣傳廣告，十分刺耳，等了半小時後才有人來處理！加了服務管家微信，把我認錯成另一個還未入住的顧客，報價比我實際付的要低。送了400的消費券，中餐廳吃了午飯兩人1000出頭，味道還可以。早餐9點到10點高峯期，稍微等了下位才有位置坐。
最終讓我決定給差評的原因是頂樓的酒吧拒絕我帶朋友進去！感覺受到了歧視！晚上10點上去時以我穿着棉拖鞋和10點半停止營業為由拒絕進入，裏面正常營業有客人，而且實際營業到12點。我回房間換鞋後下到大堂吧想喝一杯，吧枱表示我要點的酒沒有，可以上到頂樓去喝，他親自告訴我的沒有結束營業這麼早！！他打了電話幫我們點酒。回到頂樓酒吧後，再一次被拒絕進入！説他們沒有接到大堂打來的電話，還詢問我是不是住店客人！！得知是住店客人後，又建議我買一瓶紅酒拿回房間喝，意思不要太明顯，直接説不歡迎就好嘛。我表示我衹想喝幾杯威士忌，仍被拒絕！國內外住過的奢華酒店從沒有遇到過拒絕提供服務的，如此行徑實在令人噁心，不會再去了，也不會推薦朋友和客户來住！
