非常滿意！入住時就有管家把我們從上一個酒店接過來，離開的時候還幫我們把行李運到碼頭。
酒店的設計做的很好，從剛一進門的設計小細節就讓人很驚喜。比如發現了一把造型很漂亮的搖搖椅，還有設計過的地圖和鑰匙，甚至房間裏的茶葉罐都是用的中古茶葉罐改裝的（想買還買不到！強烈要求量產😭）。酒店很具有品牌設計意識，好評～設計師首選！！！！
房間是一個大斜頂，裏面大小很合適。入住時管家一直在幫我們解決各種問題，還可以免費洗五件衣服～下午茶和早餐都非常美味！！！現做的特別好吃！！！

登島遇上大暴雨，臨時訂的酒店，之前衹瞭解過酒店建築很有特色，入住後感覺各方面都相當不錯。尤其是服務細緻周到，應答迅速，去的路上淋了雨，前台工作人員提供了熱薑茶，入住後需要下午茶送至房間，也很快安排了。特別感謝洗衣服務和行李送碼頭服務，很大程度提高了旅行體驗感。此外酒店和自營餐廳的餐飲也很不錯，省去了雨天外出就餐的麻煩。總的來説非常滿意的一次入住體驗

完美的體驗，上島後要步行到酒店，管家小哥會提前聯絡好在碼頭接待。酒店不大，設計風格古樸沉穩，低調且有品味。早餐、下午茶及紅豬餐廳提供的餐食都非常美味且豐富，但有點遺憾的是入住3天裏早餐和下午茶都沒有變化。管家回覆迅速，有求必應，免費洗衣服務真是幫了大忙。如果再來鼓浪嶼我還是會選擇紅堂。
