It should be the problem of the management. All the staff have no sense of service. The hotel facilities are very good and the location is also very good. However, the service and management have been downgraded. Starting from the front desk reception, there is obviously no training, which is worse than that of a budget hotel. There is no clear service process. Customers' opinions are basically not listened to. They have to emphasize that you can stay or not.
