Great 😳

I booked the hotel because of the location is convenient. No chance to try the food there. Price is reasonable.

Location was not too far from high speed rail so a short taxi ride was sufficient. Near to lots of nice street food as well as the Pedestrian street.

The buffet breakfast was fair, but very acceptable as the price was very low (my 6 pax for total RMB 2xx per further discount per advice (and config using wechat) by the information counter staff. Nevertheless, there wasn't pan fried eggs, but just boiled eggs! The coffee brewed by the machine was ... not good.

It’s a lovely room and so comfy, we all very enjoy and love it, definitely will come back again

The staff is very polite and solved every request. They give me, for free, some fruit and changed my room without a windows with another one with a view on the city. Thank you very much

The sea view room is very nice. It is opposite Gulangyu Island. My children and I are very satisfied with our stay. The hotel delivers fruit every day and upgrades our breakfast. It was a good experience. I will stay here again next time.

On February 10th, our family of three returned to Shanghai after our trip to Xiamen. Because the return flight was at night and the baby also needed a nap. So we booked the Mercure Hotel on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street in the city center. Around 1 pm, when we checked in to the hotel and told the front desk that we would check out at 7:30 pm to go to the airport, the hotel service was very good. They immediately adjusted the check-in time, tidied the room, and let us check in in the fastest time of ten minutes. Then the customer service manager gave us a refund subsidy based on our actual situation. Although the stay was short, the hotel's environment was beautiful and comfortable, the sanitary facilities were complete, and the service attitude was particularly good. The Xiamen trip left an unforgettable impression. I look forward to staying at the Mercure Hotel again when traveling in Xiamen! 👍🏻🌹👏

This is our second time staying in the US. The previous one was in Chengdu. We are very satisfied with it. The lobby is spacious and the electronic equipment is quite new. The service of Mercure is the best I have ever encountered. The receptionist is very patient and gave the child a lollipop for the Year of the Snake 😁😋.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just opposite Gulangyu Island and close to major attractions, making it very convenient for travel. The room is warmly decorated and very comfortable to stay in. The service staff is very friendly, responsive and considerate.

The hotel is in a good location, adjacent to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The view from the room is very good, you can see Gulang Island! When checking out, the hotel specially gave the children a small gift, and the children liked it very much! But the room facilities are really unsatisfactory. I am sorry for the nearly 1,000 room fee!

The customer service lady and the guy are very nice. The transportation is very convenient. The bus line is direct. I have to give a good review. It is very close to Zhongshan Road and the Eight Markets. The room is clean (≧ｗ≦) and the environment is good. It takes 2 minutes to cross the road from Gulangyu to Xiamen Ferry and reach the hotel directly. It is worth recommending!
