環境：感謝前台安排了15樓，窗外景觀是看湖的，視野開闊，非常漂亮，父母非常滿意。清早在房間看到了美麗的日出，太驚艷了。
設施：這次預訂的親子主題房是套間，一間大床，一間兩個單人床，很寬敞舒適。兩個衞生間，主衞生間很大，很好用。
衞生：房間清潔衞生很好，床品很乾凈。
服務：特別感謝小丁，在入住前諮詢時就很耐心熱情。

廈門出差首選，哪怕大部分時間去島內也選擇這家酒店。酒店的前台小姐姐劉貝拉服務態度超級好，對客人住房偏好和樓層高低都儘量滿足，而且是提前入住的。她都盡力去安排。酒店環境非常好，而且超級大。正對一個湖，房間也相當的大，還能喝茶。強烈建議出差廈門或者親子游可嘗試豪生酒店，不踩雷。

酒店服務不錯，房間乾淨整潔，送孩子上學一時半會兒來不及回來收行李，丁經理很爽快的幫忙延遲了退房。房間也升級到了行政雙床房，還給孩子送了份早餐，下次來廈門還會來這裏入住。
