I came to Xiamen by myself to relax. I was very dissatisfied with the hotels I stayed in the past few days! A local friend recommended me to this old star hotel on the island. Although it is not as smart as the new chain hotels, the hotel has provided the greatest service of the smart hotels. The service quality is still quite high. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy. Winnie at the service center provides good service. She patiently answered questions and not only solved the problem, but also helped me upgrade the room type. Have a pleasant trip.

非常的糟糕，酒店外賣沒有機器人送達，要自己下來取，房間設施成舊，電視機不是高清的，洗澡沒有淋浴間，要在浴缸裏洗澡，浴缸很垃圾塑料感滿滿，拖鞋是那種快捷酒店的質感，最搞笑的是冰箱裏的飲料是收費的，價格昂貴，五星級酒店飲料居然收費，3瓶可樂一瓶啤酒一瓶蘇打水收了我90元，還説是給我打了85折的，沒有辦法不吐槽你，房間給我做了升級的，不升級我真的不敢想象

非常滿意的一次入住，主要是服務到位，前台的Wendy很周到，在我提出想換房間時第一時間給我換了。其他的工作人員也很親切友好helpful。酒店地理位置鬧中取靜。總之，都很滿意。以後來廈門還是換選擇馬可波羅的。

酒店的服務人員培訓值得點贊👍
出差期間本人體感不適，23:00正值酒店員工交接班之時，員工汪國勝不惜犧牲自己時間，全程陪同去中山醫院就醫。就醫耗時三小時，已至凌晨2:00。不僅沒有一絲怨言，且全程周到照顧、給予本人情緒安撫。第二天離點後，仍電話來詢問身體情況。
酒店最已開業28年，但工作人員的應激事件反應速度、員工綜合素養，帶給住客的是加倍的安全感和信任感。在當下如此快節奏的環境下，有温度、有關愛的企業精神，值得讚賞！！！
下次廈門之行，必須還是馬哥孛羅東方大酒店！
