投訴響應快，第一時間解決問題，我是從攜程預訂的，在與酒店反映的同時也去電攜程，都非常重視且均有回訪。
酒店雖然有點年份了，但從房間洗漱盆和淋浴房下水的流暢程度可以感覺到酒店維護管理非常到位，因為好多有年份的酒店這方面是致命傷。
酒店位置絕佳，去植物園、鐘鼓索道、廈大、沙坡尾、東渡碼頭打的十幾塊錢，步行五百米即可到達中山路步行街，強力推薦海景房，房間看出去就是鼓浪嶼，絕美。
再來廈門還會選擇瑞頤。
