管家Kelly服務細心周到，酒店很多增值服務，免費班車網紅打卡景點，如果有演唱會有免費的班車送到體育館，如果要去廈門大學，酒店離五緣灣地鐵站大約800米，打車25分鐘到廈門大學，費用30-40元。

本次出行非常滿意。原來的主題是帶兩個孩子看裏弗斯中國行的活動，定了家庭房，升級了套房，還有户外泳池，無敵海景，超大落地窗能看到帆船出海，還吃了酒店的自助海鮮午餐，孩子們説主題變成酒店之旅了。管家Kelly非常熱心，推薦了臨近的海鮮餐吧，口味也不錯。總之，本次廈門之旅非常

來觀看鹿晗演唱會入住温德姆酒店，期間還安排大巴來回送去演唱會，經理Cynthia楊服務非常體貼，一直很關心客人，廈門天氣突變，淋雨了還安排了薑茶。自助餐也很好吃～

很久沒住這麼令人無語的房間了，從開房間開始，前台就不專業，90度海景房景觀不好，找平台指房型到豪華海景雙床房，一開門一股黴味，房間空調性能不好，USB充電接口沒幾個有用。最離譜的是入住當晚1點到5點停水，第二天打開水龍頭全黃水，放了一個小時都沒用，刷牙洗臉衹能礦泉水。海景房，陽台門不給開，找客房服務，派了個人過來説還是別開了吧，實在要開，簽個免責協議。離大譜。簽就簽吧，結果簽了，還是沒開。我訂海景房的意義呢？總之，温德姆從此拉黑。
