服務：前台服務巨巨巨差！！1點去辦理入住，説房間還沒有打掃出來需要等20分鐘，因為時間比較着急2點還要開會，問有沒有其他房間，前台含含糊糊一直説就是需要等！真的好無語！！這還不是最離譜的，後面來了一個男的説安排了房間 把房卡給我説在3樓，房卡上寫303，跑到三樓刷不開門，又回到前台，説搞錯了房間在6樓，我請問呢？？？把顧客當猴耍嗎？？
非常強烈差評，體驗差到極致，第一次在希爾頓歡朋得到這樣的體驗，準備寫郵件向官網投訴了。
