非常滿意的一次躺平之旅，從入住到餐食完全由管家Lana負責，50米泳道也不常見，游完渾身舒服。早餐種類太多了，牛肉湯和各種麪包是心頭好，廈餐廳也是好吃的不行，可惜沒辦法把菜單來一圈，Long bar也很有味道，但是經典酒款偏少，總之還會再來輪菜單的。

差評：糟糕透頂的“親子酒店”，安全隱患多、服務差、亂收費！
這次入住體驗簡直是我住過最差的酒店之一！從設施到服務，處處是坑，甚至對長者和孩子的安全都構成威脅，完全不推薦帶家庭入住！
1. 衞生差，安全隱患嚴重！
-洗澡間下水道堵塞，積水漫到廁所，地面濕滑，我3歲的兒子因此摔倒！
浴室瓷磚超級滑，洗澡時站不穩，長者孩子入住非常危險，摔傷後果不堪設想！
-號稱“親子酒店”，卻在房間放尖鋭桌角的傢俱和易碎瓷器，孩子跑來跑去很容易撞到！
- 消防指示燈每隔幾分鐘閃爍，夜裡房間一閃一閃，根本無法入睡！
- 隔音極差，隔壁説話、走廊腳步聲聽得一清二楚，休息質量極差！
2. 亂收按金，吃相難看！
- 按金按1500元/天收取，4天收了6000元！住過阿那亞、北京、三亞、上海那麼多酒店，第一次遇到按金按天數收的！
- 前台解釋不清，態度敷衍，
3. 早餐寒酸，服務態度傲慢！
- 早餐品種少得可憐，現點菜單也沒幾樣可選，連基本的親子友好餐食都沒有！
- 最讓人火大的是服務員的態度！仰着頭、斜眼看人用輕蔑的語氣問：還需要別的嗎？女士！彷彿在施捨，帶着威脅感，讓人極其不舒服！
總結：虛假宣傳，完全不值這個價！
打着“親子酒店”的旗號，卻連最基本的安全和舒適都做不到！服務差、收費不合理，帶長者孩子入住簡直是冒險！絕對不會再來，也勸大家避雷！
