暑假未和家人一起到廈門旅遊四日三夜行程，租住廈門途易藍海濱溫泉酒店，到達酒店進入大堂給我的感覺是十分華麗，大堂十分寬敞， check-in的時間都不是太耐，本人租住汽車親子酒店房在酒店10樓，進入房間景觀一絕，看着無敵大海給人一種很舒服的感覺，床舖和被鋪都十分乾淨，清潔姐姐亦十分有禮，每天出門都問我們需不需要清潔房間，酒店早餐方面都可接受也不是太難吃的唯一的地方是酒店的水壓比較少這個有待改善滿意程度都有8分。

酒店前台接待的小妹服務很好，就是住兩晚衹給了兩張温泉票 可是住一晚也送兩張呀 覺得不合適 應該每天都送呀 室外泳池很大 孩子喜歡 床是135的帶孩子住沒問題 早餐也不錯 外賣可以機器人送上來 很方便 如果温泉票每天都可以送的話 可以多住幾天的。跑一天，泡温泉很解乏 舒服

開始以為不是新酒店，硬件會差很多，沒想到這酒店從大堂開始，到電梯再到房間，甚至論泳池都完全不輸大部分半新的五星酒店。
大堂禮賓也是幫開門，全程主動幫忙拿行李，早餐工作人員也是換碟十分勤快，這個和我後面住的英迪格拉開一個身段。
至於服務評價到這麼平庸，這主要歸功於總管泳池手環的大姐大，問她問題，僅且就衹回答一句，你問多她兩句就不耐煩，直接就開吼，惹不起。後面我小孩1.21m問她説最後一個小時的温泉能不能直接去逛一下，她鳥都不鳥，也不叫我買票，直接説她衹能給我泳池手環，其他我就自己思索了。好好一天心情就給這老鼠屎影響了，最後氣不過衹能找大堂經理幫忙解決，也感謝他送果盤的心意。
最後，真心想對酒店的其他工作人員表示感謝，真的工作出色。
