One of the best hotels I’ve stayed so far .
If you are looking for good service , clean and a luxurious stay , this is the hotel to stay .
I was greeted by Susan upon check in and she made check in and my stay a fabulous one . Called front desk and Lucky was very accommodative to my need to a later check out time . Everyone in Fairmont Xiamen was professional and their service is top notch . Lastly , My food delivery via ******* was delivered to the room without a fuss by the concierge. （ online orders or food orders )
I’m spoiled by the hotel staff .
I will stay there again.

酒店位置特別好，就在湖裡區，離高崎機場打車也就十來分鐘旁邊就是五通碼頭，要是想去金門玩，當天來回都沒問題。
入店後有兩位招待的特別好，陳厚百和李沛翔，很多問題都幫忙解決了。
走進大堂，挑高設計讓空間特別開闊，瞬間感覺大氣又敞亮。那條“一線天”走廊真的絕，現代設計和閩南文化完美融合，光影效果超棒，隨便一拍都是大片。辦理入住的時候，工作人員態度特別熱情，一下子就讓我放鬆下來，像回家一樣自在。
我們住的經典大床房，床特別軟，睡一覺起來精神滿滿，智能衞浴和戴森吹風機也很加分，精緻黨肯定會愛。
酒店的美食也超多。早餐有現包的海蠣煎蛋餅、沙茶麪配閩南貢丸，豆漿裏還加了馬蹄爆珠，我一口氣炫了好幾碗。晚上去行政酒廊，有廈門特色的花生湯和鳳梨酥，再配上落地窗外的機場夜景，喝着小酒看飛機起落，這生活太愜意了。中餐廳“攬海”的沙茶燜海鮮、同安封肉必點，食材新鮮，沙茶醬味道超濃郁，鮮得我差點把盤子都舔乾淨。西餐廳“韻品”的自助晚餐也很驚艷，現開生蠔、閩南土筍凍、薑母鴨隨便吃，中西美食都有，吃得超滿足。
健身和休閑設施也很齊全。健身房24小時開放，器材都是國際知名品牌。
下次來廈門，我肯定還住這兒！

I have stayed at the Fairmont several times and the service has always been very timely and meticulous. Yuki at the front desk did a great job with the check-in service. Alan at the concierge was very enthusiastic in helping us unload our luggage and seeing us off when we checked out. The service was excellent!
