優點：
風格不錯（也正是看了照片才選擇這家店），衞生也還算可以（雖然做續住衞生的時候沒有更換一次性馬桶墊）。
缺點：
一、沒有停車場，自駕車要停很遠，且收費非常高（30-70元／天），住兩晚交了一百多停車費。
二、周邊環境很差，雖然離中山路步行街不是很遠，但是屬於非常破舊的老街，進小巷子才能到酒店，晚上回來晚的話，整條街都是黑乎乎的。
三、60間房的酒店衹有2台洗衣機+2台烘乾機，夏天基本都要洗衣服，晚上洗衣房二三十人排隊，自己手洗後，又沒有地方晾曬，諮詢服務員説，酒店規定室外不能晾曬衣服。
四、房間寫的4人入住，但是衹提供2張早餐券，其他兩人（小童）需要自費早餐，而且早餐餐具的衞生很差，連續拿了3個盤子都是臟的。

酒店位於中山路步行街附近， 步行即可到達八市、海邊、輪渡碼頭等主要景點，交通便捷，適合逛街及美食探索。工作人員熱情友好，服務效率高， 主動解決問題，超級熱情，已經是第二次入住了，去年就來過，好評~！！！！
