衞生：房間打掃得很乾凈，入住很安心
環境：隔音效果還不錯，一樓大廳還有讀書區，淺淺小坐一下。今天也是讀書的一天哦！
服務：服務態度特別好！晚上餐廳有免費的粥，在洗衣服的時候簡單吃了一點，味道還行。洗乾淨的衣服在洗好後也送到房間了，服務棒棒的！！！
設施：9樓有健身房、洗衣機和餐廳。
總體來説，我覺得來廈門的這次，是一次不錯的旅遊體驗。在廈門轉了一天，入住後消除了不少旅遊的疲憊，特別是二代枕頭！！！等降價了，就立馬入手。

服務很差！不如亞朵！經常出差，這家看名牌蕭男生前台補差亂報價格影響酒店品牌！自以為很聰明，出差在外消費者都不傻，當場沒有揭穿，酒店設施是很好的，我們上個月中住了三晚不管是白天還是夜晚諮詢前台都發現不止個人態度問題，另一個男生也是，可以説這家管理上非常鬆散，基本的服務沒有培訓就可以上崗了？要求真的不高，沒想任何服務，第一次給差評，真的一點都不如給我們打掃房間的客房阿姨！客房阿姨都會保持微笑送水送毛巾！

第三次住亞朵了，五一前出差去的夏門選擇此家亞朵，連鎖酒店該有的設施基本上都有，房間也比較大，就是感覺有點偏，兩邊在建房，附近沒什麼逛的，地面停車，與隔壁酒店餐廳共用，比較緊張，剛看到下面特色項目，酒店沒有給哦，不知是否要主動要了才給？

這間酒店和另一間酒店、飯店，三家合在一起的，三家共用一個地上停車場，沒有地下停車場。酒店在一個居民小區高度集中的中間地帶，很多亂停放導致車輛出入道路有點窄，對自駕遊不友好。
設施：亞朵酒店的設施都很齊全，因為有洗衣房，對於長時間旅遊者很友好。
衞生：房間的衞生間返味很嚴重，尤其早上會很臭，面積也很小。
環境：房間樓高比一般酒店都要低，伸手就可以摸到天花。樓道即使有香水但也掩蓋不到那種陳年潮濕的味道。
服務：很差！因為我使用了攜程的免費房間升級服務，一來到前台我説能幫我升級房間嗎？告訴我：你的房價已經是最高級不能再升級。回到房間我打電話給攜程投訴這個問題，攜程也積極幫我處理。後面酒店一直辯解自己沒有房源升級，但是攜程APP裏面是顯示全部有房。攜程客服一直幫我溝通了半個小時，酒店才妥協給我升級房間。這種服務太垃圾，為了不提供服務一直説謊又説謊。
附近有不少亞朵酒店，價格也差不多，儘量避開這間。

酒店環境很新很不錯，房間也挺舒適的，親子出行出差都挺不錯的
可能是暑假期間保潔比較忙，有個廁所的衞生細節漏了，我跟前台反映也拿了照片給他看，也説明在哪個位置，他説去處理，等回來一看廁所的污漬還是在哪裡，最後一張圖是我自己拿洗手液去察掉

大家擦亮眼睛，不要訂這家店！！該店好評都是請水軍寫的！！很垃圾很差勁的一家店，服務非常差！入住之後出現問題壓根不妥善解決、態度極其敷衍！隔音很差，酒店裡空調聲音噪音非常大，在入住房間安排這塊一點都不合理，酒店服務人員壓根不像受過正規品牌培訓過的樣子！酒店隔壁房間低素質客人一晚上噪音擾民，這個酒店的服務人員都不敢去敲門去解決問題！垃圾**品牌一個，打着亞朵加盟品牌名義坑客！一晚上被吵的睡不着還沒有半點要退款賠償的意思！入住的人並不多，好不容易坑一個算一個是吧？！今年六月份剛開業是嗎？你這種垃圾加盟店開不了多久的！****！趕緊早點倒閉！噁心，是我住過最便宜最差勁的酒店，便宜無好貨，垃圾東西！****！過來旅遊的好心情都沒有了，讓人想吐🤮！
