Every day there is an auntie knocking on the door to clean the place. The facilities are quite complete and the service is OK. There is a refrigerator in the room, but when the temperature is high, it leaks a little and leaks onto the floor. The laundry room is on the 7th floor. It would be better if the room had a washing machine. When you order takeout, a robot goes upstairs, but the sound of the robot prompting you to go upstairs to your room is very low, without any ringing. Sometimes, when you are washing up or watching TV and you don’t hear it clearly, the robot goes back to the hotel front desk. It’s not very convenient. The hotel's soundproofing is not very good. If you are quiet inside, you can still hear people talking loudly next to you or at the door. The hotel is in a great location and it is very convenient to take a taxi wherever you go. There are convenience stores and late-night snack shops downstairs, with lots of delicious food and activities on New Year's Day. The hotel has a paper tourist route map which is OK. The hotel recommended a good food shop downstairs, we went there to eat, it was ok. I tried the takeaway from the place recommended by A-Dai Ginger Duck, and it arrived in a short while (less than ten minutes), but I want to ask if the ginger duck here really has so much ginger 🤔🤔. Xiaomi TV is also very good. With a membership plan, you can watch all kinds of variety shows.

It feels great to live here. The location is in a residential area. It is not only quiet, but the room is clean and comfortable. Meng Meng and Ting Ting's service is also great. It was as if I owed them a lot of money! So what is the role of reservation? How dare you open a hotel if you can’t even provide basic hygiene and service! I chose it based on the list recommended by Ctrip! And after booking, the price was reduced and breakfast was provided! So disappointed! ! ! There was no customer service phone number or service QR code in the room, and the check-in front desk did not inform us of any check-in matters! Here comes the point! The room soundproofing is so poor! There is almost no sound insulation. I can hear my neighbors chatting clearly while I sleep at night, and I am still woken up by the alarm clock in the morning! A room that costs over a thousand a night is not worth it. It takes more than 5 minutes to walk to the bus station when traveling, and other services are no different from those of self-service B&Bs. Since they don't ask, then it would be ok to put up a sign saying "cleaning needed" and hang it up when the guests need to clean. There are huge problems with the management. If you want to make money without rectification, it will not last long, unless there are other ways! Don't you think from the customer's perspective? You let me pull out the sofa bed myself and don't even provide a bed sheet. You let the customer sleep on a sofa with a cigarette hole in it? The hotel is dishonest. I booked the room so long in advance, but on the night of my stay they told me that the room had not been cleaned and I could only stay there the next day. It was really hard to back down. Well, a sofa bed is a sofa bed, but we still need some assistance. Customers have to be reminded of everything, and the front desk is busy and mechanical, feeling tired. Maybe the reception capacity is not good enough. Anyway, I am not satisfied and do not recommend it. 200-300 yuan is enough, even if the holiday premium is 600-700 yuan.

房間衞生還是挺乾淨，通風也不錯，早餐也豐富。 周邊飯店較多，可選擇性較大。 午餐在酒店旁邊有個大目鴨肉小吃，味道很好。 晚上出去散步，路過這個拔絲綠豆餅，非常好吃。 酒店停車有點麻煩，沒有自己的停車場，要停在附近的海燕停車場過夜25元，晚上停車人較多停不進去。 酒店周邊其它停車過夜費50元較貴。

看推薦定的，沒想到有夠差，感覺根本就是在忽悠消費者嘛，跟那種公寓民宿差不多！！太垃圾了！氣死我了！ 選了很久才選的這家，酒店名字寫着中山路，還以為就在中山路邊上，走走也能到，結果還挺遠的。位置也很不好找，就一個小小的招牌在樓下，連個正經的大門都沒有！ 這些都算了不要緊！最不能忍的是酒店衞生真的非常差！！比很多我住過的那些小區民宿還差！到處都是各種衞生死角。好像從來沒有人打掃過一樣，有點噁心。 而且整個酒店要服務沒服務，要配套沒配套，房間連個電話也沒有，前台也沒有任何提醒。 問點什麼都愛答不理的。 還有最最可怕是，隔音實在是太差了，晚上隔壁房情侶在鼓掌，在我們房間聽起來好像那種環繞音響，我們還帶小朋友出門呢！！完全不隔音！！！太垃圾了 越想越氣，感覺受到了欺騙！！太離譜太離譜了，

第二次去廈門，在這裏連續住了一週，酒店乾淨衞生，房間很合適，2張床可以拼在一起 2.4米的大床 適合帶小孩的入住。

這次出行真的很開心，入住體驗特別好，位置在市中心，交通出行很方便，周邊也很便利，房間寬敞乾淨，裝飾有格調，酒店的服務超級棒，阿姨態度也很好，惹惹和婷婷態度很好，感覺很細心，自助早餐環境也很中式，下次有機會還來玩

來旅遊住了4天，前台接待服務很棒，點贊，每天會有阿姨給打掃衞生，很安靜，旁邊的飯店都很不錯，尤其旁邊的麪包房超級好吃價格超級實惠，走的時候麪包房的姐姐還送了我蛋撻，總的來説這次旅遊住在這裏很開心，周圍吃飯的也很實惠！下次再來還要住這裏！

周邊出行很方便，地理位置很方便，樓下週邊吃的很多，房間也很舒服，採光很好，衞生也很乾凈整潔，前台惹惹和婷婷服務也很好，很熱心的女生，很推薦，這裏還有早餐，也在三樓前台這邊，整體體驗很好哦

前台特別特別好，特別是阿惹姐姐，超級温柔，有什麼問題都她來妥善解決，因為她在這裏住了好幾天，還有外賣，外賣小哥送錯了地址，她居然會去幫我們找回來，真的很感動！點贊！！！

這家酒店真是超乎預期的棒！房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，床品舒適，讓人一夜好眠。特別值得一提的是，酒店的服務團隊非常專業且熱情，無論是前台的接待還是客房的服務，都讓人感到賓至如歸，特別是前台阿惹。位置也相當便利，周邊餐飲娛樂設施齊全。強烈推薦給即將出行的朋友們！
