這次入住體驗遠超預期！酒店服務貼心周到，前台小柯熱情專業；房間整潔舒適，床品柔軟温馨。位置便利，打車方便，小吃街和海邊就在附近。晚上可以去環島路散步聽歌，很不錯，推薦這裏！

【非常失望的入住體驗，謹慎選擇！】
提前在去哪兒平台預訂了智享大床房，頁面上明確標註“可升級海景房”。為保險起見，我還特意提前電話聯繫酒店確認，對方答覆“可以升級，但需14點後辦理入住”。
結果13點到店後，卻被告知“升級房型已滿房”，無法安排。溝通無果，衹能接受原定的智享大床房。房間實際面積非常小，佈局擁擠，行李箱都很難攤開，整體壓抑。
因為帶孩子出行，原房型實在不便，衹好重新下單了親子房。但所謂“親子房”根本名不副實：房間內幾乎沒有適童化設計，傢俱邊緣多是尖鋭直角，沒有任何防撞保護。孩子走動過程中磕碰多次，甚至摔倒，作為家長全程提心吊膽。完全不推薦帶娃家庭入住。
整體體驗非常差！
前台服務差到極致
離店時遺漏一個行李箱，我自行聯繫快遞員上門取件，請前台協助交接。結果前台完全未處理，事後堅稱“沒有這回事”交接班不清楚，還拒絕接聽電話，態度高傲冷漠，毫無責任心！
早餐質價不符，純屬坑錢：
額外購買4份早餐（原價69元/份），品質卻極其廉價：種類少、味道差、毫無性價比，根本不值這個價格，強烈建議不要購買！
總結：從入住到離店，全程體驗糟糕透頂——承諾不兑現、服務不到位、安全無保障、早餐純忽悠。這家酒店徹底拉黑，大家謹慎避雷！

這家酒店的乾淨程度太讓人驚喜了！位置在環島路，離海邊很近，早上起來去海邊走走，感覺整個人都清爽了。出行特別方便，周邊交通發達，去各個景點都很便捷，打車也很容易。床品是我最滿意的，床單被套沒有一點污漬，被褥柔軟，睡得特別舒服，旅途的疲憊都消失了。配套設施很貼心，洗衣房有好幾台洗衣機，不用排隊，健身房每天都有人打掃，器材很乾凈，住在這裏感覺特別安心，前台小鄧服務細心，強烈推薦！

在環島路的眾多酒店中，這家的性價比真的超高！位置很好，離海邊很近，傍晚吹着海風散步特別愜意。出行很方便，門口就有共享單車，去附近的景點騎行就能到，公交、打車也很便捷。床品乾淨舒適，被褥柔軟親膚，沒有異味，睡得特別香。酒店的洗衣房和健身房太讚了，洗衣房有免費的洗衣液和柔順劑，健身房器材齊全，還有休息區，住得舒服又方便，前台小鄧服務親切，下次來廈門還會選擇這裏！
