房間內浴缸沒有熱水，入住時地面衞生差，地上有頭髮小紙屑，露台地面有破布衞生紙，桌面變形。（好在反應後有安排人來打掃）
因小孩腳受傷提前一天申請提前一晚離開酒店，還被扣百分之四十房費。

酒店靠近大海，住得非常的舒服，環境非常的好。傍晚的時候就能看到落日，雖然住了一天，下次還會來，面朝大海，確實性價比很高，也不貴。

1月28日（除夕）上午9：58分一女士聲稱是酒店負責人來電説森海民宿玻璃壞了，停水停電了，物業不修沒法入住，後來説讓訂的海景網紅雙床房給升級成一個普通大床房，強硬責怪地説那個沒有停水停電，我説那樣住不下，接着老闆就很生氣的掛斷電話；上午十一時許，並沒有到達酒店訂單就顯示已入住；中午多次打商家電話沒人接，下午15：24我意識到這樣不行就向平台聯繫反饋，期間與平台通話15次到晚上9：32分，去哪網升級了高級專員處理説也無法與商家取得聯繫讓等到後天，我不知道沒有酒店和房間位置以及門禁口令，怎麼能辦理入住，就這樣一天的行程被任人擺佈搞得亂七八糟，晚上還得露宿街頭，更搞笑和荒唐的是第二天1月29日中午十二點，房間自動扣費，如果説房間有問題為什麼好幾個平台28日29日還有房間售賣，繼續坑害人嗎，用下面詞語來形容都玷污那兩個字，如果老天有眼請看看這家森海民宿的心腸嘴臉，求去哪兒網主持正義公道，而不是唯唯諾諾包庇縱容，保障出行遊客的合法權益，維護廈門城市的美好形象！！！

#注意事項：1.到店前要跟老闆聯繫，然後他會+微信發位置，與房間密碼（密碼鎖）2.建議一天一天的訂，我訂了2個晚上，看了房間不是很滿意，想退一個晚上，這個是不可退的！由於比較遲到，於是住了一晚，衹能浪費一晚上不住了。#位置交通靠近集美大橋附近，樓下有海邊步道，離主流景區南普陀、中山路、植物園、鼓浪嶼是比較遠的。自駕可以考慮。樓下有公交車站，選擇較少，喜歡偏僻的還是可以考慮。#衞生找到門牌號，門是開的，看了下應該是在通風中，圖二是第一時間看到的樣子。衞生做的還算乾淨，沙發、床有些臟。裏面味道還是有些重。#服務服務不錯，24小時的，半夜12點看電視發現沒有遙控器，給老闆打電話，還會送過來。#房間設施住的是524，洗手池有些堵，該通了。#停車樓下有停車場，需要收費。#房間景觀還行，海邊還可以。#性價比還算比較性價比的吧，周圍民宿價格差不多，不知道別家的如何。

這家店真是讓我的廈門之旅很不愉快，浪費了我很多時間。沒有前台，客服應該也是老闆，一點都不負責也很不耐煩。我們9點多準備到廈門就打電話問了能不能提前入住，老闆説要晚點差不多一點一點多，阿姨要弄衞生。我們12點半開車到樓下，老闆説還不行，那我們就等到2點，準時去入住，結果上去了衞生完全沒弄，等到了3點多我們才能躺下，我們開了10小時車，真的好睏好累，老闆絲毫不共情你。晚上我們出去吃東西后回去，門就壞了進不去，打電話給老闆，老闆來了一句：又怎麼了……然後我們想洗澡，這個浴缸完全擺設，才開了6分鐘，就沒熱水，也不敢問老闆，後面打算睡了，燈就突然自己閃起來……我們是沒睡過一個好覺。空調也是爛的，沒有濾網，床上玩手機有沙會吹到我眼睛。第二天早上8點老闆説12點要準時退房，然後問老闆熱水的事，説等20分鐘才有，我等來前面的水就都冷了……定這個酒店就是為了浴缸，結果我後面打算水壺燒，水壺也好慢也好爛，打開蓋子熱水就灑出來我燙傷了手……真的好無語這個民宿，廈門好美，但是這個民宿真的影響了我們一整天
