Lovely and stylishly decorated hotel. It was hard to find at first and we just walked passed the gate without realising. The signage was not prominent so easy to miss. However, the hotel is tastefully decorated and emit class and style. Perfect blend of modern vs the nostalgic feel of the building. I feel inviting and just wanted to stay in hotel and not leave at all. Service from staff is prompt and they are very friendly and respectful. As they have limited staff and may not be at reception all the time but they carry the phone around so do text them at wechat and they replied almost instantaneously. The room was comfortable and love the Internet TV. The only downside is that the gate bell wasn't working well and we couldn't get someone to open door (prior to check in). But we texted on wechat and came quickly. Thoughtful amenities to our pleasant surprise to include eye steam mask and make up remover. Love the linggan chain hotel. Can't wait to book their other hotels in the island.

I hurried to the island. The hotel is very close to the back beach of Aberdeen, which I want to go to. It takes about 6-7 minutes. The New Year's Day fireworks show on the other side is very beautiful. In this season, there are few people, and the hotel corridor is very photogenic. The trees The light and shadow on the red brick wall in the sun are beautiful, both leisurely and quiet, soothing my hurrying heart. The bedding is comfortable and I slept very well. I was a little rushed. I will come back when I have a chance to stay for a few more days. The disposable bathtub cover allows me to use it with peace of mind. I like it. I will book a room with a yard downstairs next time to experience a different feeling. The hotel's considerate service is what impressed me and made me feel touched. The mountain residence is an added bonus for this trip👍

Going around the iconic alleys of Gulangyu Island, passing by the popular check-in spots, and walking into a semi-circular four-story building, it feels like walking into the world of cheongsam and gentlemen half a century ago! The room is clean, the environment is quiet, and the air is fresh!

The receptionist provide excellence servive with a free hand drown map and clear explaination of this island. She even upgraded our room for free. The set breakfast provided give another credit to this hotel.

This is my second time visiting Gulangyu Island. I really like Linggan Anmo. I landed on the island at around 8 o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a photo map and it was easy to find. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sanqiutian Pier, and a 15-minute walk because I was pulling a suitcase. It's very close to the delicious restaurants on the island! There is an independent building in the room. If you come later and the weather is hotter, it must be very pleasant to sit outside. The bathing facilities in the room are very good. You can choose the top spray mode. Thumbs up. The water volume is large and the water output is very stable. I came back from the afternoon stroll and had afternoon tea. I also had breakfast the next day, scallion oil noodles, which tasted very good and were very attentive. PS: Although I don't know what the lady who served us is called (short-haired girl), she is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. I will come again next time~ I nested with my friends in the front yard of the island. The cat was very comfortable next to me, looking at the sky, surrounded by plants, especially comfortable. It was very comfortable to sleep, and the air conditioning system is good~

I was on a business trip to Xiamen and took a day off to visit Gulangyu Island. If choosing to stay on the island was a surprise, choosing Jimo Hill was a double blessing. It was the coldest day on the island and it was raining, but the hotel gave me the most relaxing feeling on my trip. Facilities: The hotel style is more wabi-sabi, and it is a transformation of an old villa. The supplies in the rooms and public areas are very exquisite. It was a happy day to stay here. Hygiene: The auntie cleaned very cleanly, thank you. Environment: The combination of white and cream colors, the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, the plants in the yard are cute and beautiful, there is a large mandala and a large tree that is said to be a longan tree, just outside the window of our room. Service: All the hotel service staff are very considerate. The little brother on the afternoon of the 29th was very considerate. The elderly and children went there first, helped take care of them all the way, and also helped to settle them down. The little sister on the next morning, the little brother in the afternoon, and the little brother in the restaurant were all great, and all the staff praised it. Yiju Hotel is beyond our expectations. The room was beautifully presented, and the staff there was polite and helpful. The afternoon tea on the rooftop was very memorable, and the staff took family photos for us. He sent them to us by WeChat and printed a few of them out. No effort was spared - on the envelope was a message in English as he realised my husband doesn't speak Chinese. Breakfast was again beautifully presented in the quaint courtyard. They helped us register to see the Baguo Building - we had no idea we have to pre-register. They helped bring our luggage down to town upon check out and gave us a lunch recommendation, which we thoroughly enjoyed. I am truly thankful for the level of service they have extended and I highly recommend this hotel!

When we arrived at the quarry it started to rain. The luggage pickup service was done by a middle aged man who seemed like a really nice guy, however he was ill-equipped for rainy weather. We walked through the rain and the luggage was completely soaked. (No buggy except for government related service, so the man used a trolley) the hotel room seemed sparse for its price, we booked the suite with panorama view. The night view is fantastic, but the toilet is easily choked, the staff came up to unclog the toilet explained that the piping was since time ancient and therefore cannot take any tissue. Luckily we only booked one night. Also the trip booking system seemed to hold the $$ for ‘preauthtorisation’ and the hotel requires you to pay again for the actual payment. Quite a number of guests were also buffled by this arrangement. Do take note of you are paying a guarantee to trip.com or the actual hotel. Only one young male staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, the rest did not seem like they want to work here. The atmosphere at front desk was generally quite gloomy.

The room was very clean and spacious. Most importantly, the front desk lady was very warm and gentle, with a very nice voice. She also sent us segmented locations to prevent us from going the wrong way. We arrived at the hotel very late, and we were given a free room upgrade and breakfast ❤️❤️❤️ In addition, the hotel is very close to the scenic area. It takes five minutes to walk to Sunlight Rock and seven minutes to walk to Gangzaihou Beach. Shuzhuang Garden is next to the beach, which is very convenient. And the scenery is super beautiful!
