Location is ok near Jimei but need to travel a bit to the island Minus: My room 105 is next to an area dedicated for hotel's internal usage. In the evening, i kept hearing sound of water flowing and that's distrubing my sleep. I stayed here for two nights, first night was ok, maybe because i didn't have enough sleep during my flight so i didn't aware but the second night was restless. From 2 am, I stayed until morning because of the sound. Not loud but annoying

Come to Overseas Chinese University to make up the class, close to the Overseas Chinese University, less than ten minutes walk from the main entrance of Huada Jimei Avenue, if it is very convenient to drive. There is a BRT of Overseas Chinese University at the door, and the subway is under repair. The accommodation requirements are relatively high and the cost is limited. This is highly recommended. It is very convenient to go to the city by BRT.

I booked the hotel for a concert, so I was satisfied with the location. There are RT-Mart and Intime nearby. The room is spacious and newly decorated, and there is a free porridge buffet in the evening. However, the sound insulation is poor (mainly the door) and the conversation in the corridor can be heard clearly, and the room arranged does not have a refrigerator, and the facilities are average.

It’s a lovely, clean place with very caring staff, and a special mention to the always-smiling cleaning lady. I appreciate the room upgrade, early check-in, and the follow-up for feedback after my stay. For those who rely on fancy breakfasts, just a heads-up—it’s a very simple one, but enough to keep you from going hungry. Considering that most places in Xiamen don’t offer breakfast at all, it’s better than nothing. However, as I mentioned to the staff, the drinks could be improved. I couldn’t find anything suitable—milk was sweetened, and coffee already had milk in it. Even just hot water with tea bags would be a better option. Also, keep in mind that reaching most sightseeing spots by taxi takes around 30 minutes. All in all, a great option with good value for money.
