Xi'an Xincheng District 4-star Hotels

The staff were very nice, well trained for service-mind. The room is quite big, clean and also I booked city view which was very nice. All high-tech staff in the room such as open the curtain, turn on the light which I loved that. The television was quite big. Amenities are fully provided. Location is great, at night you could just walk to the walking street. I have had a great night here. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly great. About the room - we were upgraded to the smart room with bath tub - spacious - no smoke odour - relatively new - aircon is maintained at 24 degrees, comfortable enough to sleep. Temp could not be lowered further - smart toilet has a bidet (yay!) - very comfortable bed Staff - polite and courteous staff, who are efficient at resolving any issues - gave us a great hotpot recommendation that locals frequent Location - surrounded by local foods and walking proximity to the bell tower (15-20min walk) Tip Check out the street behind the hotel - restaurants, shops and massage parlours used by locals. Flavour is better and cheaper than tourist places

overall it's a veeery beautiful place and the hotel design is also wonderful, everything has been thought out (additional options included in the price for guests are very nice) but the room cleaning service shouldn't look like this. I was only there for two nights so it wasn't a big problem, but after returning after a whole day of sightseeing I would like at least the bed to be made properly (and not left in the same condition as I did) the same with the rubbish... There was a dirty stain on the entrance to the room/bathroom from the very beginning and we left it hoping that the next day the service would do its job, but it seems to me that the floor is not cleaned at all (which seems strange when it is required to take off shoes... all socks are black). Breakfast for vegetarians is very poor and even an egg is placed between meat... :( + in other hotels the employees helped us with picking up the ordered food without any problems (it's hard to eat something without meat in China), but here it seems to me that it caused a problem (strange because it seems that the Chinese themselves order something all the time) and there was no menu from the ”restaurant” of this hotel as it is written in trip.com or it was not offered to me so in short I recommend it but the cleanliness should be improved and there should be some place to leave orders

Excellent located hotel close to all the major attractions of Xi’an. Whilst some aspects of the hotel amenities could be improved, every time I went to reception for assistance, there was someone on hand to help. In this regard, a big thank you to Mary Wong who ably assisted me despite my poor mandarin language skills. She was so courteous, patient and understanding. Overall, my stay in the city of four days was made so much more enjoyable by lodging at Ramada.

Located in the prime area, close to the metro, bell tower and other shopping mall and restaurants. With less than 5mins walk to the bell tower. Very reasonable price for its location and service. I booked the no-window room but was given a free ungraded into a window. I chose the room that facing the street. The staff did warned me about the noise that I may experience, but i didn’t encounter any of such issue. The room is spacious, clean and looks exactly like advertised. The cleaning lady is polite and offers with every little help you may need. The staff have good English, very polite and willing to accommodate your request.

Excellent service by the hotel. There’s cold air conditioning after 10 April. A lot of free bottles of good mineral water all around the main lobby and lift lobbies. Delivery parcels will be placed in deposit room to pick up. There’s robot to send food delivery up to your room. Free washing machines and dryer (2 each) and gym was bright and good. There’s supper (usually porridge) till 10pm and also some snack to bring on your way out. Service staff are friendly to the extend of asking them to help you put the wet clothes into the dryer. Will return to this hotel. If you’re looking to walk around for supper or street snacks, the location might not be the best but is 500m walk to the Muslim street

I was a bit disappointed, my room was not clean, the wall has stink on it next to my bed. The bathroom door was broken. They were a light in my room permanently I could not turn in off it bother me a lot. I was not expecting a hard bed has well, I check the comments before and nobody talk about it. So I prefer to mentioned it for the next person who would like to reserve. My family and me try many hotel in Europe and we will rates this one as a 2 stars hotel in Europe. For two nights it was ok.

Hotel reception is very friendly and helpful throughout our trip especially 小王. Our taobao parcel is kept securely in a locked store room . The hotel is very new . I like the hardness of the bed and also pillow . Smart room with 小度 . The locations is very good that is very close to the subway and main attraction.

I came to Xi'an and stayed at Wall Inn Chang'an near the city wall again. It felt like home. The housekeeper was as enthusiastic as ever. The bed and pillows in the B&B were so so so comfortable. It is so important to have a good night's sleep. I really want to ask if I can buy the same ones. It was Valentine's Day and when I returned to the room at night, I saw the roses and Ferrero Rocher chocolates carefully prepared by the housekeeper. It was so sweet! All toiletries are Jo Loves by Jo Malone. The digital shower system has a lot of water and displays the bath water temperature in real time. You can adjust it to your favorite temperature every time without having to try hot and cold. The location is inside the north gate of the city wall and it is very convenient to take a taxi anywhere. Anyway, I will live here permanently when I come to Xi'an in the future!

I chose this hotel when I went on a trip with my friends. We stayed there for many days. The hotel staff were very friendly, whether it was the front desk or the room aunt, they all smiled when they saw each other, especially the boss, who was very generous! ! He often chatted with us when he saw that we were regular customers. The hotel is newly opened, and the facilities are excellent. The room layout is also very elegant and simple, and it feels like home. I will come back to patronize the boss's business in the future, not for anything else, just to support the boss's pattern! !
