This place is pure luxury. The moment you walk in you are greeted by a team of people. The rooms are large and comfortable with amenities in case you forgot something. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, including a full sized bath tub. You will find cold drinks in the refrigerator and snacks on the table. The food in the restaurant is incredible, with many selections for the breakfast buffet, and the staff make sure you are pampered in every way. They remember your name and the beverage you prefer. The location is in easy to access and just a few minutes from the subway. There are also a few street vendors near by but not in front of the hotel. They also have a great car and driver. He was aggressive but safe. He gave me the impression that he wanted to make sure I got to the right place and on time. Special thanks to Rongrong. She helped me on many occasions with translating, communicating and making sure I was well taking care of. She went above and beyond my expectations of good service. She made my stay extra special. The place and staff are top notch and made my trip to Xi’an most memorable and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. I was very satisfied with this stay! The hotel's service attitude is super good, the staff always keeps a friendly smile, the hotel's location is also very convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and there is no pressure to travel. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy, and daily necessities are available. The breakfast tastes very good, with Xi'an-style Roujiamo and Hu La Tang, which are recommended. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which are very complete! I really felt so comfortable during my stay, and there was no inconvenience at all. Roy belle took care of me every day and made me feel at home. Fiona asked about the stay experience when I checked out. Good fluent English speaking staff as you would expect from a 5 star hotel in China. JW Marriot high levels of quality as you'd expect with beautiful rooms, great facilities & lovely staff. Cleaning lady in pool area was very patient with my kids, appreciated. And room service was very helpful with all my wife's requests - cleaning lady put in a great effort. Fantastic time here overall.

I had a good stay in this hotel. I was reluctant to leave when I left. The hotel lobby is always full of life and the service in the hotel lobby is always energetic. They proactively say hello and are very polite. Anna specially arranged a small machine to deliver food. The children like it and will do it again next time. keep coming

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff mr.Zhang.The concierge was extremely helpful in providing detailed information and suggestions. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room clean and tidy. The waitstaff in the restaurant were attentive and professional, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The front desk staff were efficient and courteous, handling all inquiries and requests promptly. Overall, the service here is top-notch and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with exceptional service.

The room is beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and with fantastic amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s really almost nothing bad to say, apart from I felt the AC in the room wasn’t great, especially considering the standard of everything else. We never turned the AC off and it was set as low as it would go, despite this the room never got below 24°c, this was a manageable temperature for us but we would have preferred it cooler. If I were to really pick fault, I’d like to see hand soap and a hand towel in the toilet area, as well as the main bathroom, plus the HDMI wall connection didn’t work so I had to pull out the TV to connect to the HDMI port on the back; certainly both very small critiques.

If you want an awesome view and beautiful photos, this is a place for you. Very comfy room, spacious, soft bed, western design, details as soaps, or colors they use, it's a proper European feeling. Same goes for a breakfast, you can still choose Chinese stuff, but we enjoyed Western options ( special accent on cheese in olive oil and little focaccias). Very pleasant and helpful stuff in a dinning room. Also Igor, at a reception desk, who was more than kind and helpful with some requirements we had. And yes, English speaking reception desk with a foreign stuff, same as in a dinning room, THAT was a dramatic change after experiences we usually have in China. A hotel is not a brand new, but somebody really invested in a design and rethink how things should work here. Not close to shops, you will have to walk for about 2km if you want something. Or just order delivery, or a cab. It doesn't feel as Xi'an, at least not Gaoxin where we live. All together, our staycation was great, we would go there again.

We had initially planned to stay two nights but due to missing our train, we cancelled the first booking. The hotel was great and processed the cancellation quickly. We then rebooked our stay for one night. The facilities were clean and neat. Spacious room and the most comfortable bed. Will definitely consider booking again on our next visit to Xi'An. Check in and check out was hassle free and the staff were friendly too.

This hotel is fantastic! Super convenient—super close to the airport and high-speed rail, and getting to places like the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Bell Tower was a breeze. Never experienced such easy travel before! The rooms are clean and bright, and the breakfast? Oh man, SO good—tons of fresh options. The staff were all super friendly too. China is amazing, and Xi'an? Absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!
