Xi'an Weiyang District 4-star Hotels

The hygiene is very good. As a sensitive skin that is prone to allergies, a dirty or dusty quilt will make me itch all over. I have lived here for five days and have no allergies at all. Just like what I saw in other people's comments, the pillow is really comfortable. The location is good. It happened to be the time for the Longshouyuan Night Market to be rectified. The stalls are not open, but it is convenient to buy anything nearby. There is a Weijia convenience store very close, and the fruits are cheap and delicious (students who don't eat spicy food should not try the secret cold noodles) The service is very enthusiastic, and the questions raised are actively helped to solve them. The lady at the front desk is so cute in a Tang suit~ The only thing I am not satisfied with is that there are still a few places to put things. There are no drawers in the whole house, but this also makes the hygiene have no dead corners. There are pros and cons. It would be better if there were more tables to put things. This address is more convenient to take the bus than the subway. If you are not in a hurry, you can try the bus. It is cheap and comfortable, and there are seats. Also, the Shaanxi History Museum and the Terracotta Warriors are must-sees. The Tang Dynasty City That Never Sleeps and the Huaqing Hot Spring are relatively average and can be visited as options. The Xi'an Museum is inside the Small Wild Goose Pagoda and can be visited as an option, but it is not on the same level as the Shaanxi History Museum.

Despite being a 4 star hotel, this did not satisfy our expectations. The facilities were visibly aging. The entire bathroom floor, including the shower stall, was made from old wood that you can tell is rotting and dirty at the corners. Bathroom had a weird smell the whole time, possibly something wrong with the plumbing.

Since the hotel is renovated, the facilities are very new and clean, and the smart toilet is also very nice. We came to Xi'an to play for a few days and stayed here for three days, but the cleaning sister did not seem to do a good job of cleaning service in the later period. Every night, I returned to the hotel and did not wash the toilet and do a good job of supplies. I stayed for three days except for the daily supply of bottled water. Tea bags, coffee and disposable toiletries were not replenished, and those who stayed on the first day were not available. I hope it can be seriously improved. The front desk lady was very warm and polite, and also sent a breakfast ticket, but the breakfast was lacking and rich, more ordinary, maybe because tourists who come to Xi'an will go to the morning market?

The free shuttle service to/from the train station and Line 4 subway was incredibly convenient and made my travels hassle-free. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—perfect for relaxing after a long day. What truly stood out, though, was the staff: friendly, warm, and always eager to help. Enjoyed our stay at this Holiday inn express Very convenient location, right next to a big shopping mall with a lot of local food options! Across the road there is a local spot 长安大牌档 which visitors should definitely try. Decent breakfast in terms of the available spread, and there is a self service laundry room in the basement that is free to use. Rooms are a little dated but everything works so it's fine

The service at Park Plaza was top notch, and the amenities were all fabulous. The breakfast was huge and delicious, with Western and Chinese foods available. The location was perfect for us, as we were arriving and leaving from the North Railway Station and had a quick turnaround. With the metro located right outside the door, it was still easy to get to the center of town and the tourist sites; it just took a little longer than if we stayed in the center of town. If you’re traveling into or out of the north railway station, though, it can’t be beat. The free laundry room was great, with two washers, two dryers, a waiting area, and free soap and fabric softener. I would definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to make it back to Xi’an.

The overall rating is 5 points. I recommend everyone to stay here if you are looking for cost-effectiveness when coming to Xi'an. It was my first time to Xi'an for a family trip. I chose this hotel because it was convenient for travel. 1. It is very close to the subway station. We didn't find it correctly at first, but we contacted the hotel front desk lady and found it. She also recommended nearby lunch and tourist tips to us; 2. I specifically ordered a breakfast-inclusive package because I read reviews saying the hotel's breakfast was bad. But later I found it was not as bad as the reviews said. The breakfast at this hotel is simple and unpretentious, and it is really good for the price. (Because we have another comparison on this trip, I won’t go into details to avoid criticizing one and praising another); 3. The room is very big, with enough water and tea bags. The bathroom also has laundry detergent and face towels, which I didn't expect. 4. If there is a small flaw, the room smells like cigarettes. I hope the hotel can see the message and make improvements.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responded to the service twice during the stay in a timely manner. The room was large and not cramped, which was good; there was no random price increase during the Spring Festival, thumbs up 👍; it would be better if the breakfast was richer and the hot water was more sufficient in cold weather.
