Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was standard and clean. Although a window was advertised, it was actually a window into the AC shaft. However, the room was tucked away far away from the other rooms (it even had its own hallway) so there was no noise. The location was excellent- between 2 metro stations and less than a 10 minute walk to each. There’s a lot of shopping and food options (restaurants and street food) close buy and you’re 2 metro stops away from the Old Muslim quarter, another great place to eat.

When we check in, my wife and me were very pleased with the utmost courtesy and speedy check in we received from the front office manager, Miss Kitty Shang whose professionalism is without doubt. She went the extra length in finding my Hilton Honors membership. We will happy with the cleanliness and housekeeping service throughout our stay.
We were more impressed even when she extended the kind assistance during our checkout and giving tips and advice on our next visit. We received a well packed chocolate Terracota warrior which make our day more than happy to stay at this Hilton hotel at 199 Dongxin street, Xian. As we are visiting xi’an again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you Miss Kitty Shang, you make my stay pleasant and happy throughout with your service.

The hotel is very close to Xi'an Station. After picking up my friend, I walked more than 200 meters to the place. It was very nice to get off the train at around 11 o'clock in the evening and there were many places to eat open.
Environment: The hotel is in an apartment building, maybe because it is near the station. There are many hotels in the building. If you are concerned about this, you can consider other hotels. The decoration is a simple B&B style. The overall room is very large and the area is about the same as written. It does not feel compact and depressing. The bathroom is very clean and the bedding is flat. However, the windows are not large windows covering the entire wall. You can also see the scenery outside, which is just right for me who likes to sleep in.
Facilities: First of all, the projection is very clear, and you can still see it clearly at noon. The merchants also have Tencent Video members who can use it. You can also cast your own mobile phone to watch, which is very good. It is great to lie down and watch a movie after riding in the car for a day.
Overall. The location is good and the transportation is convenient. There are many hotels in the apartment building. The price is affordable, the decoration is simple, and it is clean and hygienic. It is very suitable for a few days' stay and it is very cost-effective.

I am very satisfied with the service quality, facilities and location of this hotel. It is worth recommending to every tourist who comes to Xi'an. The air conditioner of the hotel is really quiet and it will not affect sleep when it is turned on at night. Because I am afraid of heat, I always turn on the high-speed mode when I stay in the hotel. The air conditioner of the hotel can hardly hear the noise. I also have a habit of watching TV before going to bed, but I didn’t know how to turn on their TV for the first time, so I called the front desk. The hotel staff always responded in time and provided professional solutions. Thank you very much for the help of the hotel staff. They patiently answered all my questions about the use of air conditioners. I was on a business trip for a week this time. The manager also provided me with an electric card so that I could turn on the air conditioner in the room to keep the temperature cool. This hotel is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in recently. Whether it is air conditioning, TV performance or front desk service attitude, it is impeccable. This week's stay experience was great. The air conditioner of the hotel left a deep impression on me. I will choose here next time.

A friend & I stayed in a private 2-bed room with private bath. The beds and pillows were excellent, & the room cooled quickly due to good air conditioning. It was July and hot outside. The hostel has a great laundry room, including detergent and dryers! There are many young people staying here, so the environment is fun and lively, with billiards, live music, & a bar for enjoying coffee, beer, or adult beverages. The breakfast (optional) was adequate but very simple. Since Xi'an is a great foodie destination, probably most guests don't eat in the hostel. Our Chinese language skill is very low, but the front desk was helpful and patient, even though the hostel was very, very busy. Oh, the location is perfect: next to the bell tower, super-close to the metro, and a short walk to the Muslim food streets.

The hotel is located in a really convenient location for travellers. It is located between the drum tower and Bell tower.. in addition, the Huimin Street ( food street ) is behind the hotel ( 2 minutes walk).
The staff at the hotel are really welcoming and kind-hearted, and help with anything you need during your stay.
The front desk staff speacilly (Mrs. Lei yu) is really hospitable and kind. her kindness and welcoming face made this trip a memorable trip.
The hotel rooms are hygienic and beautiful. the rooms are cleaned daily.. and the commodities ( for example, water bottels, tissue, comb, etc) are renewed every day.
Although i did not use some, every time the room is cleaned, the attended puts new ones... this really reflected the staff commitment to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The hotel has an eating area, where breakfast is provided to the guests.. the food is tasty, and both Western and chinese dishes are available.
In the hotel lobby, there is a tour guide who can arrange for you to visit attractions in this beautiful city. The tour prices are cheap and the tours are really convenient. And they arranged for me an english speaking tour guide.
Overall, the hotel location, hotel staff, rooms, and services are excellent.. will recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to xi'an.

Who doesn’t walk all the way, discard all the way, and then pick up all the way? I am reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran, which is suitable to be used here: Don’t forget why we set out just because we have gone too far.

Nice little hostel. Decent price and good facilities. Right in the Muslim quarter so you’ll have to walk if you want to go to a bar but only about 25 minutes.
Only negatives are that it could use a bigger communal area (when it rains you can only really sit downstairs, need good weather for the balconies) and that a youth hostel should maybe have limits on age. Middle aged Chinese men just needing a place to crash for the night before continuing home isn’t really in the spirit of the name in my opinion.
But other than that I liked the place.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked a standard room which was very affordable, and the hotel is located in the city centre, great location! There is a subway station just right next to the hotel so that’s very convenient as traffic in Xi’an is terrible!
Upon check-in, a member of staff helped us and he was very friendly, he spoke English very well and that was helpful for us. Apparently the room that booked isn’t available so they upgraded us to a suite which was sweet! The room was humongous! It was very fancy, however I think the hotel is quite old, and some interior needs changing. We had a massive bed, maybe a California king bed? Very comfy bed!
We had afternoon tea for two and a happy hour in the evening. (Not our favourite but it was a good deal).
The gym was good too, they have some basic equipment and we were happy with it. The swimming pool was full of children so we didn’t use it, as we wanted peace and quiet.
This is the most exciting part! On our final night, we got back quite late from exploring Xi’an and when we entered our room, it was pretty dark. No electricity. 🤣 I was super exhausted and I wanted to have a bath and just relax. But no can do. We had to go downstairs and update staff about the situation. We were told to wait downstairs, they gave us some water and we sat for about 15 minutes or so. And then a staff came to see us with a new set of key cards. She apologized to us for the inconvenience, like many times! We told her it wasn’t their fault but I think they really need some renovation haha (I didn’t say that to her), so she said we will be moved to a different room, from 20th floor to 28th floor. It sounded like we just got upgraded again! Haha. So we headed up to our new room, I opened the doors and wow! It was a 2-floor suite! It was amazing! I wanted to live in it haha. We were very exhausted and tired but it was a very sweet experience to have! My favourite was the bathroom as we had double sinks! (Yup that’s my thing)
Overall, our stay in this hotel has been amazing. (Apart from the electricity problem)
We liked the staff best, they were very helpful and kind to us. Everyone who worked in this hotel has been superb! And lastly, the manager gave us 20% discount as a compensation for the electricity incident. I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great location and incredibly helpful staff.

GGuest UserFor a European, the most amazing hotel in China ♥️♥️♥️! By far such unparalleled sophistication with incredible smart and nice staff. Especially the gentleman who helps with the luggage and stands at the entrance with the traditional outfit did an amazing job, always thinking 3 steps ahead with whatever you need. He went out of his way to help with translation, organising and any questions I had. He was more supportive than the front desk. A great thank you also to Sunny! Without her, i would have struggled. She helped me with any room services I needed and always answered immediately. What an amazing hotel, beautiful designed rooms, delicious breakfast! Afterwards you will struggle to find a place like this anywhere else in China

EExpatThis is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table.
I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that.
The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out.
I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good.
I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay.
It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

GgraceThe two stars on service, one for concierge one for the hotel bar’s waitress (Rose 游娜，a trainee but who offered us excellent service , made up for other issue we felt being unfairly treated).
The itself, being a historical building and all, looks magnificent. Even though the decor may seem dated, but inside our room was comfortable, and cosy, we got nothing to complain.
Concierge would accept our deliveries and helped with luggage and all, again, nothing to complain.
BUT, on the second day, the hotel housekeeping mistakenly took a huge bagful of our travel stuff ( including snacks, mini packed laundry detergents, biscuits, fruits, alcohol wipes , packed tissues etc), they simply throw away as garbage. We deliberately left it in a corner so it WONT be mistaken as rubbish. We did NOT leave it next to the bin, and we HAVE already taken out our takeaway boxes.
Because we did not at all expect this to happen at a five star hotel , we did not realise it was missing until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave for train station. At this point, when we called, the hotel told us, housekeeping merely thrown out two EMPTY takeaway boxes, that was NOT true! They could confirm it from surveillance camera that it’s s about heavy yellow bag been taken out instead of two empty takeaway boxes.
Yes, perhaps it’s not valuable, it’s not a gold chain or a camera, but it’s something very handy to our long journey , and their initial response was not acceptable. We are also not sure what other small things we have left inside the bag ( Because we didn’t think someone will throw it out!!!!).
It was obvious it’s not a bag of garbage, if they were not sure why not keep it until we are back and ask? In all the years staying in any international five star hotel chains, we’ve never had to deal with such situation …
And one more thing, made us uncomfortable, was before we depart we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar. I asked the bar staff for two Proseccos, she replied if it’s the bubbly free drink being offer upon check in. I spent about 60rmb for two sips, and only to find out it was offer for free which we never been offered upon our arrival ( was nobody else just us two on the arrival night).
However. After hearing my complain, the bar staff Rose was very thoughtful gave me a second pour, I still paid, but at least feeling not as mistreated. Perhaps this just the final straw on the pile.
On check out, the front desk staffs were busy, no one asked how was our stay , so I did not tell them our experience as above, I had only this one chanel to let out.

传奇酒店让我期待已久，毕竟全球六家，而且在西安的历史建筑内，所以完全没有考虑其他酒店，哪怕我本身几乎不住索菲特，也没有用过accor的loyalty program。
酒店所在建筑的确很棒，我很喜欢，里面的设施也都达到需求。礼宾部前台都很有礼貌，让人觉得很帮助。但是我遇到了两件事，让我觉得以后恐怕不会回来。
1，我们有一个旅途中用的袋子（黄色美团超市袋，里面是一个大的绿色纸袋，因为美团袋子不怕脏放在火车站火车上地上都不担心弄脏，到家了直接拿下来丢掉即可）。里面放了各种小零食，全部可以肉眼看到没有拆开，还有路上用的小包纸巾，ole买的小包酒精湿纸巾，还有小号垃圾袋，以及旅行装洗洁精等。我们把它放在书桌边上的一个墙角，特地放得离垃圾桶区域远一些（房间也没有很多空间放东西我们也不能当路中间）。在我们用完了外卖以及快递后，按照酒店茶几上放的小牌子的要求，打电话请客房部也来收走了。我们理解古建筑立面万一染上污渍会比较难清理。
结果我们离开了一个白天，回来也没特意检查，毕竟这是我们住的地方，我也不想一天到晚防贼一样，也没有对自己的物品拍照。到了第二天我们准备收拾东西离开酒店了，发现这个袋子不见了，这是一个至少有8-10斤左右的袋子，不会轻易错过，于是我们致电酒店管家，在插叙后，告知的确丢掉，但就是一包里面两个空外卖盒… 这是让我最生气和不愿意接受的部分，不小心处理了，不能理解也得理解，但是总不能说瞎话，cctv调出来，我来看看这位清理人员拎出来的是什么东西？？？ 随便看一眼就看到里面的东西都是没有吃过没有用过，就算不确定我也能理解，为什么不放半天等客人回来了确认一下？这里面没有任何异味和汁水，存放一下并不会妨碍你们的酒店。或许对酒店来说，都是些不值钱的东西，没了就没了，有什么好抱怨的，但是将心比心，东西的价值很多时候不在意实际价钱的高低。我们在外面旅行，这些东西是我们的需求，不是钱能买的。
第二个点，我们在离店前，去酒店的酒吧喝一杯，我问吧台服务员点起泡酒（之前我在房间点过，意大利起泡酒），她问我是不是入住时候免费送的起泡酒，我当时就愣了，入住的时候，没有任何人offer我们任何到店饮品。而且到店时就我们俩没有别的客人（所以不是因为太忙）。我拿着一小杯我要付钱别人免费的起泡酒加上被丢了东西，心里不是滋味，不患寡而患不均。是，说我小气，60多一杯的酒在这儿逼逼… 我朋友点了个咖啡，我看到旁边来了另外两个客人，其中一位和一个服务员说，我上次来你们也送的哦，别忘了哦，服务员轻声说知道知道。之间随她的咖啡一起来的，是一份曲奇饼干… 看这个我们桌上孤零零的饮品，心里又是一根稻草压上去。
可能吧台一位员工看到了这个问题，她还是个实习生，也知道了我关于免费不免费起泡酒的不满，于是主动给我续了一杯酒，还拿了饼干（虽然我们也没有吃）、但是心里好受了很多。人真是奇怪的动物（我自己），确实这些都是小东西小细节不值钱可能，但是感觉不公平那就像损失了一个亿，同样是客人为什么没有标准化的服务流程，需要客人去“哭奶喝”，… 逼着大家小气。我不知道这个酒店开了多少时间，但是与传奇这个品牌相比，远远还做的不够。希望传奇品牌有的不紧是历史人物们踏足过的辉煌， 更能够创造属于自己新的传奇。

LLiza HaronThis has got to be the cleanest and most comfortable hostel i have ever stayed in during my travels in China, with great views of the city since it's on the 21st floor, located right next to the metro surrounded by malls and restaurants. The host was very friendly, helpful and speaks pretty good English. The staff were nice as well. Although there was a minor setback during my stay, it was quickly resolved with mutual understanding. Overall, i had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Xian to choose Tiny Spot Youth Hostel.

They also had supper from 10:00 to 12:00 in the evening. There was afternoon tea on the first floor. The hotel staff were warm and generous. The room had good lighting. There was also a self-service laundry and dryer on the third floor. Free parking was available at the door, which was quite convenient. It was also very convenient to travel. There were two-way roads nearby. It was very convenient to go to the nearby Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, and Xiaozhai from the subway entrance. There was also an office computer on the first floor that could print things for free. After checking out, they asked if I was satisfied with my stay. It is also suitable for business trips or travel. You can come and experience it. The service is very good, and the customer service and front desk staff are very enthusiastic.

Environment: The indoor environment is okay, the main space is large and the washing space is slightly smaller, but it does not affect it. The water is quite hot when taking a shower and the water flow is relatively large.
Service: The service is good, and the attitude was very good after many consultations before going there.
Regarding parking, the hotel is on the 8th floor. If you want to park, park in the parking lot of the building. The parking lot is in the building. The parking fee is 3 yuan per hour.
The overall space is good. There are tea sets and mats on the balcony, but there are only tea sets and no tea leaves.
I feel that if there is a quilt, one more person can sleep on the balcony without any problem. We are just two people and have not tried it.
The hotel plus parking fee only costs over 200, which is quite a bargain.

YYCLIEWFantastic hotel stay with the good service from the front office staff. They provide all the information on the food, places of interest, they even follow up on the information provided.
Breakfast was very sumptuous with a good variety, especially for the lady preparing the fried eggs and noodles.
Rooms are clean and very comfortable to sleep in.

RRobsterSituated within easy distance of the old city attractions, the Ramada lives.up to.itswell.earned reputation. This.area.of.Xi'an is almost.24/7 hstle and.bustle yet the rooms.are quiet as a mouse and a good nigt's sleep is , as the hotel advertises, to sleep like a rock star.
On arrival check in is a doddle and the very friendly and efficient staff gave me an upgraded room. I have to thank staff, namely Mary Wang, for their fantastic attention to detail and their knowledge of the locale.
Rooms were clean, bed very comfortable, air conditioning a present from the gods and essential in the heat.
Breakfast was well priced and timings industry standard til about 9.30am. Aselection of hot and cold, mainly Chinese but some western offerings. Tasty, filling and a variety from rice, meats, toast and pastries, fruits etc. Room service available but I didn't need it.
Metroline a couple of 100 yards left out of hotel and very convenient to Yongning men where the city walls can be walked and, upon finishing, head to Sharky's bar for a band, chilled beer or soft drinks and fantastic burgers.
Athoroughly enjoyable trip to Xian made all the more pleasant by a thoroughly lovely hotel and thoroughly lovely staff.
Highly recommend: Terracota Army, city walls, pagoda and nighttime .

The landlord is a very enthusiastic aunt. I informed many attractions of the charges before I checked in. When we checked in very late, the aunt kept sending messages asking if we had checked in. It was very warm. The house is an old community. I think the facilities and equipment are proportional to the price.
