環境：在村裡，周圍商店多，附近景點、學校、公交站都有。
衞生：乾淨，房間裝修很新。
設施：如圖所示，齊全。
服務：前台大爺辦入住退房很快，有耐心。
如果到這邊出遊，性價比還是高的，春天景色不錯，交通比較方便，臨近關中環線等幾條大路，打車容易。

離秦嶺野生動物園挺近的，房子內飾除浴室外其餘還可以，外面是集市，早上有點吵。

對比今年西安五一的房價這個很實惠了，不要要求太多，能滿足出行在外的基本要求，對我來説衹想有個休息的地方，店家態度很好，辦理入住和退房也很快，這裏離秦嶺野生動物園很近，早上七點出發，七點半就到動物園門口了，早一點避開了人流高峯，很便捷
