The breakfast at Sofitel Legend Xian is exquisite and rich, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. The service is professional and considerate, and the staff are meticulous and thoughtful, showing luxurious quality and bringing an unforgettable experience. Thanks to the concierge Allen and Eva and the butler Jack Hattie for their service.

I stayed at the only Sofitel Legend in China. Let me start with my verdict: the service was excellent, but the hardware was truly terrible. On my first night, I woke up in the wee hours of the morning and suddenly heard a loud noise. After a long investigation, I discovered it was something like a fan running overhead at the end of the hallway. The noise was being transmitted directly into my room (since it was the last room on the highest floor). I called the housekeeper, and I have to praise him. I can't remember his name, but I remember him being a thin, fair-skinned man with glasses. He immediately located the source of the noise and thoughtfully offered a solution. He apologized and explained that there was only one room left, the one across from my own, so I had to move to that room. The next day, after asking if there were any other rooms available, the housekeeper helped me move to a room with a window in the bedroom. However, the air conditioner in that new room also had a problem... After running for a while, it would make a loud noise that was so loud it kept me awake. Thinking it might be a common problem in all rooms, I gave up. The hotel service is indeed excellent, and I came here to experience it, which was fine. However, the hardware was a major issue... I hope it can be resolved soon.

This is a beautiful hotel, the second one I booked since deciding to visit Xi'an. Thank you to the front desk for upgrading us to a suite free of charge. The staff were very polite and helped carry our luggage to our room. I especially enjoyed the 5:30 pm afternoon tea, which had a wide variety of dishes and was very satisfying. It's also very conveniently located near the Bell Tower. The hotel service and cleanliness were excellent.

The service at the Legend Hotel is indeed great, and it makes you feel at home. If you make an appointment in advance, they also provide travel photography services to record the wonderful moments in the hotel.

The location is excellent, highly recommended for first time visitors to Xi'an.
