酒店離華清宮一門之隔，遊覽不限次數，十分方便。室內私湯温泉供應時間也比較長，剛好看完演出回來可以舒服泡個澡。服務很好，可以呼叫擺渡車接送，朋友把化粧品落在酒店了，管家小哥哥特別及時聯繫我們，還幫忙叫了跑腿寄過來。

A very satisfying experience. The hotel environment is very good. Both the elderly and children like it very much. During the stay, we visited the Huaqing Palace Scenic Area for free and also received the Huaqing Yu Tang Bao Ji Chi Hot Spring. The attitude of every hotel service staff we met was very good. If we have the opportunity to come to Xi'an again, we will choose this place again.

這是一家值得隆重推薦的酒店，酒店不僅有華清宮及華清池温泉的賣點，而且其服務水準遠高於一般的五星級酒店，在大堂休息時，我看見一個服務人員正在補充桌上的免費水果，不小心一個水果從水果盤中落在桌上，那服務員立即重新調換新的乾淨水果，從一個小的細節，使我對這家酒店的衞生狀態充滿信心，另酒店餐廳水準很高，酒店雖然價格有點小貴，但完全物超所值
