昨天安排的房間下水反臭嚴重，臨時噴了除臭劑壓制；
早上起床後發現垃圾桶旁還有一撮沒清理乾淨的頭髮。
服務員工作流程也有問題，晚上特別溝通並答應早上會將洗好的衣服用機器人送房間。
結果早上到九點都沒動靜，衣服放在簍子裏，洗沒洗也不知道；留言單上寫着沒洗，服務員事後又説洗了。也不知道整個團隊怎麼管理的
