餐廳服務員態度不好，語言不文明，對就餐人員不能一視同仁，我是2下午入住酒店，30日早上就餐，31日早上拿餐具準備吃飯服務人員問房號，我説了房號，服務人員説你房號沒有早餐，我就説昨天我都吃了沒有人説今天就不能吃了，你與台聯系一下返回後與同一服務員説了，另一服務員女的個子低低的大聲説昨天吃了今天吃了明天就不能吃了。使正在吃飯的人都在看我。我找前台詢問着麼回事答覆沒事你吃你的，我説找店長回答還沒有到，我就説把這件事情瞭解一下處理好給個答覆，直到退房也沒有見答覆，今年每月都來西安幾次基本都住本店挺好的。
