非常好的一次體驗，來西安多次了，這次的全季酒店體驗非常完美，本來定的沒窗户的大床房（來了才知道），16日上午上班的前台董女士熱情、細心、專業、優惠升級房型，我和母親感受到非常好的體驗，並且一到這裏就拿出風扇、送上水和紙巾。對前台董女士的服務點個大大的贊👍（照片是董女士，請店裡的領導看見一定嘉獎）
