態度冷漠，屋裡異味嚴重！被子床單都是頭髮，這些都可以理解，無法理解的是早不提醒晚不提醒，晚上7點多正開會呢，電話一直響，接通後説第二天不讓續住，理由是沒房了，這麼大個酒店，就差那1間房了？酒店的管理人員在幹什麼？房間預訂出去沒房不是那一刻才有的吧？為什麼入住時不提前告知，你沒房了就可以把頭一天的客人攆走？毫無歉意，理直氣壯！做法實在叫人難以忍耐！出差十幾年，旺季淡季各類型酒店都住過，這麼讓人無語的還是第一次！！！！酒店領導可重視一下吧，純屬於店大欺客了！！！！！差勁👎🏻公司出差絕不會再選這家！人生第一次給差評
