和朋友來西安玩4天，定了這個酒店。一是地理位置很方便，就在碑林博物館旁邊，可以步行 200米從碑林博物館後門進去，避開人流。同時也可以步行直達鐘鼓樓，回民街等。有網友説鐘鼓樓附近打車不方便，其實還好。第二個是酒店服務很好，入住前一天電話詢問是否需要接機服務，走的時候我們也預約了機場送機（30元一人）。酒店早餐15元，種類很多而且有很多特色食物。尤其要點名表揚7樓的客房打掃員趙小紅，每天都幫我們的客房打掃得乾淨整齊，發現我們會在房間晾衣服，還特地給我們搬來了晾衣架。發現我們水不夠，主動給我們補充了很多礦泉水。每一層有2個洗衣機，3樓有個大的洗衣房。第三個是附近吃的很多，商場也很多，推薦附近的尚寨、愛驊、子午張記肉夾饃，魏家涼皮，二樓的飯店也還不錯。唯一美中不足的是街道的房間有時候早上會有點吵，怕吵的可以讓酒店安排不靠街道的房間。

Hotel location is just perfect. Not in a too isolated area and not in a too crowded area. Just perfect. It’s just a minute away in a bicycle from the bell tower and Muslim food street. You can even walk to bell tower and muslim food street from the hotel. It would be a 10 to 12 minutes walk. The room was big and clean. Everything was nice. Good amenities. Cleaned the room once daily. The bed was really big and had an inbuilt massager (just vibrates) in it. I saw a lot of reviews about loud noise but I stayed there for 3 days and didn’t hear a single noise. The hotel staff was very friendly, respectful and responsive. The hotel provided a WeChat account to communicate in English through texts and responded immediately whenever texted. They also allowed me to stay an extra hour even after the checkout time because my train was late in the evening. Even after checkout they let me store my luggage at the front desk for free. Overall the place was very nice and worth the money. I would stay there again if I visit Xian.

Hotel with an ideal location, very close to everything. The room is fine, but the bathroom needs renovation (lots of mold in the shower). We had to shower in flip-flops. The curtain also didn't close properly, and after each shower, a pool formed in the bathroom.
