We stayed on the 5th floor of the hotel. The room attendants on the 5th floor basically met all our requests and left notes on the table. The journey became wonderful. Xiao Zhang at the front desk was also very nice. When I said it was hot and dry, he specially sent us some fruit.

前台小劉的服務很出色！入住時主動幫忙升級房型，還給發了附近的美食和旅遊攻略。入住期間也有水果，小吃，感覺比較温馨。也會詢問入住感受，細節滿滿，好感度拉滿！

對這家酒店印象最深刻的是 在前台辦理入住時前台小員這個姑娘全程微笑服務，非常的專業，有求必應，還給送了一份早餐，房間的東西都是很齊全，6樓還有洗衣房，烘乾機，叫外賣會有機器人給送到！

優點：酒店的地理位置特別棒，出門打車或者地鐵都非常方便。衞生間和洗浴間分開使用，這點設計也讓我們覺得特別方便。床品乾淨舒適，小冰箱和吧枱有提供飲料和小食。
缺點：靠大街的這邊房間是真有點吵，配送的耳塞不太管用，幸好自己有帶。入住後的第一天早上用餐時，餐廳的一位服務員估計情緒欠佳，擦身而過時我的盤子差點被她撞翻，不確定是沒有察覺還是其他原因，她頭也不回而去，剩下我和另外一個目睹全過程的客人相視無奈一笑。第二天早上因為我們動車很早，比用餐時間提前了近十分鐘用餐，問師傅可否煮一碗餛飩，被生硬告知十分鐘後才行，也許酒店服務時間規定很嚴格，不過告知的方式讓人覺得不是很舒服。

位置：位置很方便，挨着安定門，上城牆很方便，樓下就是地鐵站和公交站。
環境：酒店還是很新的，停車也很方便，洗漱台是2個洗漱盆，這個的確很方便，給我們升級了豪華大床房，還有浴缸，有一次性浴缸套，保證安全衞生。
衞生：酒店衞生做的很乾凈的，住着很放心。
吃：酒店很貼心，送了入住禮包、每日酒水吧，小零食，早餐也很好豐富，最重要的來不及可以打包，早上去兵馬俑要早，來不及吃，就打包路上吃，這個服務的確很好。
停車：酒店有停車場，有專人指導停車，而且有2個充電位，對新能源車很友好。
下次來還會定他們家的
