這是我們5年來西安第二次入住該酒店了，前台很貼心主動給我們一家安排在樓層視野開闊、安靜舒適的房間，讓我們這幾天在西安遊玩休息的很滿意。房內的設施設備有品質，床、沙發、椅子等用品使用起來很舒服，給人有家的感覺。酒店的早餐也很豐盛，服務也很周到，酒店還送給孩子們陝西特色的小動物玩偶，孩子們很開心，看得出這是一家用心且有追求的酒店，如有機會我願意推薦給身邊的朋友來此入住。在西安遊玩這幾天，我們遇到的都是一些暖心的人，他們有出租車司機、公交司機、博物館講解員、酒店餐廳服務員，再次感謝西安這座城市的市民和該酒店工作人員的熱情招待！

設施：老星級酒店了 在這裏學游泳 水池不是特別清澈 底部會有一些沉積物
衞生：衞生狀況很好 房間裏很乾凈
環境：周邊很熱鬧 離大雁塔不算遠
服務：前台穿特色服飾 還送了非遺皮影
