訂的是大床房免費升級為套間，房間很好，還送了水果。酒店有一條小路直通芙蓉園裡，清晨去園區散步沒有遊人，很安靜。適合拍照一些園景，很爽。酒店是園林式的，很安靜。贈送的漢服體驗沒有用，早餐很豐富。

I have been to many cities and stayed in many hotels. I was deeply impressed by Xi'an Fanglinyuan Hotel. The hotel facilities are very new, the hygiene is very clean, the environment is excellent, it is located in the Datang Furong Garden, like a garden courtyard, the service is first-class, and the attitude is very good. The breakfast is very rich, and the roujiamo is delicious!!! I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Xi'an, and recommend it to my friends around me!!!

這次來西安選擇了大唐芙蓉園內的芳林苑酒店，環境沒的説啦。一進酒店最吸引我的就是服務，我辦理入住，服務人員馬上給長者和小朋友贈送了茶點在大堂飲用，生怕等待的時間長者孩子無聊。辦理入住後值班經理王晨策就好像是專屬管家一樣，忙前忙後，反正就是從大堂到房間非常細緻的服務態度。進入房間後發現沒有小童洗漱用品，馬上派人送到房間，服務絕對爆贊。第二天早餐也是發微信提醒幾點要收餐讓我們趕快享用。下樓後也是恭候多時，帶着我們一路送到早餐用餐位子。總體來説，服務可以説絕對的專業水準，特別感謝值班經理王晨策，這一次西安之行芳林苑酒店留下深刻印象。
