過年回西安全家在金花酒店住了好多天，體驗優秀！進門前台劉經理蔡經理熱情相迎，辦理入住迅速又高效，還貼心地介紹了酒店的各項服務。房間寬敞明亮、整潔乾淨，設施一應俱全，床品柔軟舒適，每晚都能讓我擁有高質量的睡眠。酒店的餐飲也十分出色，種類豐富，味道鮮美。不管是日常的客房服務，還是有特殊需求時，工作人員都能迅速響應，全力解決。以後出行，這家酒店必定是我的首選！強烈推薦給大家！

春節期間酒店充滿了年味，前台的佳玉和劉經理辦理入住迅速，會主動詢問是否需要周邊美食推薦，這點特別不錯！因為過年期間平常一些吃飯的地方會不開門，有了本地人的幫助就防止了跑空，為此特別點贊！他們還會祝我新年快樂，用熱情的笑容感染了我，是一次特別棒的入住體驗，感謝！

房間乾淨整潔，春節期間酒店的服務熱情並沒有因為人多而打折扣，入住體驗非常的棒，有給小孩送小禮品，還會主動幫忙拎行李，酒店雖老但服務不“老”，特別表揚王倩和佳玉兩位工作人員，酒店就需要這種熱情洋溢的員工。
