樓層服務員服務意識需要大幅度提高，房間配置兩瓶水喝完後，剛好遇到樓層服務人員，申請再送兩瓶水到房間，個人不是很情願，而且告訴那個房間配置瓶裝水限量4瓶，超出了要收費。同時問是否續房？難道不續房就不能再免費提供應該配置的瓶裝水嗎？大大增長了見識，普通的快捷酒店都不會客人提如此要求的，希望酒店能提體育意識，畢竟叫個國際會議中心。第二天果斷換住馬路斜對面亞朵，詢問前台和服務員，客人有需要瓶裝水無限量提供。本次入住感受非常不佳，如果西工大辦事，下次還可以選擇校園內的正禾賓館。

房間佈置挺好的，就是書桌缺少枱燈，沒辦法我們自己又購買了一盞。衷心感謝攜程網態度好，解決問題神速，信賴攜程。另外，衞生服務人員態度超好，贊一個！

位置很好找，可以免費停車，環境很不錯，東西太多拿不回去前台小穆給叫順豐快遞，工作人員服務態度非常好，房間也很乾凈，特意檢查了一遍，放心。

地理位置方便，就在地鐵上方，不遠處就是二環。房間方正整潔，特別是採光好，夜裡睡覺很安靜。唯一就是早餐有些簡單，品種單一。
