其他我都跟滿意，服務方面需要加強，一個酒店，不同部門服務差別落差很大，尤其是前台和4樓餐廳，服務差別很大，我個人覺得讓餐廳領導好好問問人家怎麼做的到的，也好好反思自己為什麼這麼差

酒店工作人員服務態度都很熱情，服務態度讓人心情愉悦，還免費升級了房型。
房間內設施齊全，乾淨整潔，還有冰箱提前冷凍好的飲品，下次來西安還會預訂
