The hotel's location is close to the southern gate of the old town and the subway station. But that's about it. Our reservation included a buffet breakfast for two. Instead, we received every day to room one mini egg, two mini rolls, and a small carton of milk, sometimes one banana. The hotel did not take our complaint seriously and believes that everything is OK. The hotel is getting on in years, and this is evident in the rooms.

Good location near the xian wall south gate subway station, Clean room, Good amenities, Convenient store on the Ground floor, Washing machines is free on the 13 floor. Morning market only 300 meters away.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! Its excellent location made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Our room was wonderfully spacious, providing ample comfort and relaxation after a day out. Housekeeping — the room was always well-maintained.
What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the front-line staff. Every single team member we encountered was polite, helpful, and demonstrated a truly great service attitude. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay truly memorable.

It was a great stay. Especially the staff were excellent. They all were very helpful even if I couldn’t speak Chinese.
The view of the wall from the room was great as well. One note for foreign travelers is, the “river view “room is the wall view room. Not the “landmark view “ room.
