幫朋友預訂的酒店，朋友誇獎這個酒店非常好，住的很舒服，床單被罩都是剛換的，還有淡淡的香味！（我住了這麼久就沒有發現）

恆大爛尾樓改建的公寓式酒店，無服務。晚上十點電閘了，重啟又跳閘，關了電熱水器和空調仍然跳閘。問服務人員，説沒辦法，真是奇葩。不能沖涼，沒有空調，不能煮熱水，甚至手機不能充電。難過的一晚。
要求退款一半，老闆不同意。申請平台介入。
