這家西安鐘樓永寧門雅緻酒店體驗感超級棒，我們入住的是大床房，房間設施設備非常齊全，房間內還有冰箱、小飲料都是免費的。電梯口都會放很多水。這麼炎熱的天氣，根本不用擔心水不夠喝。轉圈轉圈還有免費的下午茶，有漢服體驗，還有晚上免費的夜宵牛肉麪增值服務很多很棒。工作人員也很熱情，辦事效率高跳跳。這家酒店值得推薦，下次還會再來。

在西安的旅途中，鐘樓永寧門雅緻酒店成了我最温暖的落腳點。從踏入酒店那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的誠意——前台工作人員熱情周到，不僅快速辦理好入住，還貼心地送上冰鎮酸梅湯！瞬間緩解了旅途的疲憊我入住的房間簡直是一大驚喜！推開房門，裝修風格映入眼簾，房間內的設計處處透露着用心，智能系統讓生活變得便捷，床墊軟硬適中，讓人一夜好眠，酒店的服務更是超乎想象，免費下午茶的和晚上牛肉麪，美得讓人陶醉；宵夜的熱湯麪，温暖了深夜歸來的我；酒店的地理位置簡直無可挑剔，出門就是永寧門城牆，步行就能到達鐘樓、回民街，湘子街，書院門，別提多方便了。五樓露台下午茶區直麪城牆，拍照超級出片，可惜這次沒來得及體驗酒店的早餐了，這家酒店，用細節與温度，為我打造了一場難忘的古城之旅，強烈推薦給每一位來西安的朋友！

首先隔音真的非常差，酒店門口有飛車聚集地，每天晚上8點到半夜三點多，都是大量摩託車飆車炸街的聲音，酒店玻璃隔音也非常差，建議慎重考慮，住了兩晚，沒晚戴着降噪耳機依然很難入睡，都是半夜3點多才能睡着。那種隔一會兒就馬達轟鳴的引擎聲簡直太可怕。説是警察城管也很難管。另外早上9點多開始，我們還在休息，別的住客小孩在走道里大喊大叫嬉戲打鬧1個小時的，酒店服務人員沒有及時處理，等到我們跟對方交涉起沖突了，也沒有處理好事件，我們自己叫的110來，酒店後來説是讓顧客打電話給個好的態度也沒有，完全是處理問題很不友好，每天晚上等到那些炸街的摩託半夜3點多消停才能睡着，白天還要受到別的客房的人在走道吵鬧受氣，酒店隔音也非常差，一晚1000多的酒店就這，大家擦亮雙眼。
