L’hôtel est un peu loin de la station de métro mais la chambre est très bien. Seul petit souci, la petite fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir qui reste allumé toute la nuit.

I have never had any requirements for accommodation. As long as it is clean, hygienic and noise-free, the other rigid requirements are basically equal to nothing. Because I am also in this industry, so unless there are special circumstances, I basically will not give a bad review. This should be my first bad review on Ctrip. First of all, I came here to travel for 4 days and 3 nights, and I rarely stay in a hotel for two consecutive days. I always change locations to experience different environments. Today is the last day, and I took a car back at night. Before checking in at this hotel, I specially exchanged room upgrades and late check-out services on Ctrip. When I checked in, I saw that the front desk was an older uncle, so I didn’t think about the room upgrade. Anyway, I just tried to see if I could get a bargain. After getting the room card and entering the room, there was a foul smell. I opened the bathroom door and saw that there was a puddle of urine in the toilet that had not been flushed away. I asked the boss what happened. His explanation was that the door was not closed and a child ran in to pee at night. While explaining, he took a brush to scrub the toilet. I was already very upset at the time. If a child came in to pee, did he mess around on the bed? But seeing the boss's age, I didn't want to argue about these things. Anyway, I left the next day. The room was very small, especially small, and the bathroom was the same. It was much worse than the hotel I stayed in before, but the price here was higher. In addition, there was always a smell in the bathroom, a smell that was both foul and damp, especially at night, the floor drain in the bathroom even had a foul smell coming up, but I endured it. Anyway, I just closed the door and the smell didn't spread out. I went out this morning and played with my friend for a while. I went back to take a shower at noon and planned to sleep until 2:30 to check out and then go to Famen Temple to eat rice noodles. I had set the alarm, but I didn't expect the boss to knock on the door at 14:00. I went over to ask what was going on. The boss told me to pack up and check out because someone else was going to check in. I was a little confused at the time. I redeemed the service of delayed check-out and should check out at 15:00, so I explained to the boss. He shook his head and said that there was no such service and asked me to pack up quickly. OK, I had nothing to say, so I could only pack up and go out in a hurry. I went downstairs and I became more and more angry. I asked Ctrip customer service what was going on and why the hotel didn't recognize the delayed check-out I redeemed. The customer service said to find out the situation from the hotel. After a while, they called me and said it was a problem from the hotel. The boss's attitude was very bad. Then I redeemed this with points, so they returned the points to me. I was almost laughing with anger. I was unhappy to be woken up from my nap. It was so hot outside in the middle of the day. With the attitude of the customer service, I hung up the phone directly. You can do whatever you want, don't bother me.
