此次家庭週末遊住的非常舒服，酒店位置就在大唐不夜城南很方便遊玩，特別感謝Nancy經理把房間免費升級VIP套房。

意外間入住這家酒店，整體感覺滿意，環境優美，喜歡旁邊的德國啤酒餐廳，雖然工作一天，但是服務員很周到，很貼心也很熱情，應該嘉獎，忘了問名字了，2-14日晚間10點多的餐枱小哥哥。這些都還歸功於經理Nancy，有了她讓我的入住體驗西安之行加分，謝謝

第二次入住西安這家了，這次定了3晚2間，客觀評價下，優點很明顯房間夠大，挨着大唐不夜城的一端；同樣缺點也很明顯，衞生未達標，陽光灑下，有些地方都是灰塵，有一天回房間還把打掃的拖把遺忘在了我的房間，並且還有未更換的枕套；拖鞋非常薄，很廉價，房間未提供梳子，需要問了才有；再説説軟件服務，一如既往的拉胯，從大堂的工作人員到樓道打掃的阿姨看見客人並沒有問候服務，更別提微笑了，去餐廳用早餐，後來看到有寶寶餐具，但服務員3天都未主動提供，詢問需要一張寶寶餐椅的時候錯愕的好像我不該開口；有一天一位客人竟然穿着浴袍下來用餐…..這些都説明瞭培訓的不到位，是餐廳經理和酒店管理方的失責，也和温德姆的品牌形象相去甚遠。
