酒店距離奧萊很近啊，出門吃飯挺方便，前台Jenny服務超貼心，有問必答，Ethan主動幫我們把行李送到了房間，早餐種類也很豐富，吃得特別滿足。性價比太高啦，下次來還住這！！

酒店位置絕佳，矗立於滻河灞河交匯口之上，在房間一覽一線水景，夜景更加迷人。硬件設施、環境衞生都不錯。工作人員總體服務水平到位，從禮賓，餐廳到保潔人員都做到了主動熱情幫忙，尤其前台人員，解決問題非常及時高效，一進店就感受到了他們高水平的專業素質。這次入住體驗好，值得推薦。

預訂滻灞艾美酒店真的太明智了！出發前Ida就幫我確認了房間細節，知道我喜歡安靜，特意協調了高樓層的房型，遠離電梯口，晚上睡得特別香。酒店的硬件設施沒話説，浴室乾濕分離做得好，床品也很舒服，早餐種類超豐富，中式西式都有，尤其是現做的西安小吃，味道超正宗。入住期間有任何問題找Seven，他都回復得特別快，解決問題也很高效。整個行程因為住得舒服，玩得都更盡興了，必須誇誇Ida和Seven，推薦超靠譜！

十分推薦的滻灞艾美酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！從入住前的溝通開始就特別貼心，Jackson 不僅詳細説了酒店的位置優勢——離滻灞濕地公園超近，傍晚散步超舒服，還提醒了我酒店的行政酒廊開放時間，讓我剛好趕上了happy hour，酒水和小食都很精緻。辦理入住時前台的Seven效率很高，房間乾淨整潔，窗外就是河景，晚上燈光一亮尤其美。退房後seven還特意問了住得是否舒心，這種細緻真的讓人覺得很暖，下次來還想住這裏，必須給他兩點個贊！

第一次來西安自由行，做攻略時頭都大了，直到遇到滻灞艾美禮賓主管Malk 小羅。晚上11點才到酒店，本以為前台衹會走流程，前台Verna 小馮卻主動問“您明天打算去哪玩？”我掏出皺巴巴的攻略，禮賓部Malk接過來看了看，拿起筆幫我重新規劃：“您想去的大雁塔和陝歷博離得近，建議上午先去陝歷博，我幫您約好明天的免費門票（不用排隊那種），中午去附近吃葫蘆頭，下午逛大雁塔，傍晚從大悦城看夕陽最出片。”説著還打開地圖，給我標好地鐵換乘路線，連哪站出口離景區最近都寫得清清楚楚。更讓我這個異鄉遊客覺得，原來陌生的城市裡，真的有人在悄悄為你操心。真的值得推薦的良心酒店👍👍👍👍👍👍
