非凡之旅～兒子過生日選擇了這家萬豪酒店JW，硬件各方面都做的很出色。服務也是超預期的！尤其是員工的服務和賓客體驗方面。在得知我兒子過生日訊息後，不僅房間做了佈置還送了蛋糕、生日卡片和手伴🎁如圖。因為生日當天我們去爬了華山，本想預訂酒店金威閣中餐廳就餐。高速上遇到嚴重擁堵無法在21:30之前感到中餐廳，在溝通中，中餐廳Paula小姐讓我印象深刻，因為當時為了在last order之前把菜點好，我先生加了她微信併發了電子菜單給到我們提前下單，同時我先生也告知了生日這個訊息，雖然由於堵車未能就餐。但是當我們得知在我們還未用餐時她已經為我們準備了生日佈置讓我覺得很温暖貼心。我們當時堵車的心情也緩解了許多。感受到了酒店員工的貼心服務和真誠周到。真的很感謝，因為我們此次是自駕遊，酒店有專屬停車場🅿️。最主要新能源汽車在西安不限號。下次還會再來！極力推薦！

服務：一樓禮賓部小哥哥馬江濤Mark ma很貼心的給我們送了水果，他的有求必應值得稱讚。
設施：酒店設施完善齊全，24樓有健身中心和無邊泳池，房間裏還配備空氣凈化器，這很nice
衞生：公區的衞生打掃得非常乾淨，讓人很舒服，房間的衞生亦是如此，而且床品舒適柔軟哦。
環境：西安站（火車）和西安北站（高鐵）都距離酒店不是很遠哦，非常方便出行的家庭們哦。

設施：大堂設在38層，很特別，欣賞風景的同時辦理入住，餐廳也設在38樓，別具一格，設施一流，配備無邊泳池，非常nice。
衞生：酒店房間乾淨整潔，每天都會把房間打理的井井有條乾乾淨淨，住着非常舒服
服務：門口小哥熱情周到，幫忙搬運行李，我們是晚上11點多入住的，一個人忙上忙下，很貼心。
真的超級滿意，各項服務都很周到，早餐非常豐盛，各種西安小吃，甜點，水果都很nice，家人都很喜歡
